Just unbelievable that these people would assign a woman with no knowledge of mental health issues to support someone with bipolar. She did absolutely nothing to improve the situation or quality of life, in fact, quite the opposite. The client then proceeded to dismiss her as support worker after having had enough of watching her use the visits to do shopping on her phone, constantly doing her hair and checking her photos. The client used the excuse that she didn't believe the worker had enough knowledge of mental health which was then admitted. We haven't got a clue as to what excuse she gave her manager for essentially being 'fired' but pretty certain it wouldn't be the true story

Useless company and staff. None of the staff know anything, they don t know the current providers on the new build, no idea when the broadband connections will be sorted. For everything I need to move into my new flat they literally have no answers for. They also tell me one thing and then I find out it s the complete opposite! Things they have fudged up on they now tell me I need to sort them out and not them. That and the builders that have been in my flat have left cups rings that has also pulled away the paint where they ever so nicely put their cups of tea down. I won t be using this company again.

Agreed support workers never show up on time and like the other gentleman who wrote the review i have seen support workers out with there partners in works time , non of the staff are actually trained in autism and most that i have had hold NO form of relevant mental health nursing degree or Nvq so how can they say they support people when clearly myself and the other guy have not had the support in place i hope the guy does not mind me having his picture as everything is true on that as of 21/03/2017

I ve had no Hot Water and Heating I phone Pobl 6 times the last time got through but without success, absolutely a disgrace to leave people without heat at this time of the year. Phoned PHJones who does the servicing can t do anything without notification from Pobl.

I've been trying to move for 2years due to being disabled and living in a basement flat my current area manager is? Thay keep changing and I've not been able to contact a area manager who will help because once again thay have changed without giving an updated contact for the new person in charge of my area. With my mental health and physical health I feel lost without support.

Appalling - Shame I had to give one star. Their 'Housing Officers' pick on low hanging fruit that doesn't have a huge impact on peoples' lives (car parking, recycling etc) whilst allowing the junkies, alcoholics and dealers that infest many of their properties a free reign. When local residents got a councillor involved we were told by the Housing Officer to have 'empathy' with these vermin. That tells you where their head is at. Not interested in helping decent people at all.

Don't care about residents, repairs are non existent living in new build not finished roof leaking windows don't close, security issues, too many faults to list building should not have been signed off wasted taxpayers money.
