Has screens installed. Numerous delays and rescheduled appointments in very short notice after taking work off. One of the screens falls out every time you walk by it but I finally gave up having them fix it as couldn t risk taking off working again and then cancelling. Very unreliable

Very nice people . they are friendly and helpful ! Their workers are curteous and hard workers !Any screens or windows problems, call them.

PNR Screens were great throughout the process from initial call to set up the appointment all the way through to installation and payment. They were on time (every time), friendly, professional, and reasonably priced (it made me wonder why I had waited so long). I would certainly recommend them.

This team is amazing! I walked in a with a broken window screen knowing very little about what my options were for fixing/replacing the item. They clearly explained several options to be, gave me quotes on the spot, and were able to get the repair done while I was still in the store. Exceptionally helpful, friendly, professional staff who went above and beyond to explain the work to me, and even gave me some 'scrap screen' for patches I needed to do at home. Took a complicated and curved screen door to PNR from my boat, definitely non-standard. The folks at the office spent a good amount of time working with me to find the best replacement product screen, based on kids, pets and the salt environment. For certain, I would have made a poor decision if left to my own devices. Excellent advice.
Work was performed with perfection and in a very short time frame which was most appreciated so that the screen could be re-installed and the boat secured. Again, this was a stretch for a new customer, I was totally impressed.
The office staff were also wonderful, cheery, smiling, and helpful. Wow, so nice to see.
Finally the work was done under the budget estimate. They could have just charged me the quoted price, but it turns out these folks are of great character as well as everything else.
I don't do many reviews, but am so pleased to do this one.

Guys at the office in the initial calls were helpful and informative. Installers were friendly and provided excellent workmanship. Windows and screens have no problems so far (first month). While monitoring with my smart thermostats(Mysa), I notice a significant drop in energy consumption compared with previous 70's double pane glass.

Do I have a story to tell:!! 30 + years ago my wasband now husband then were recommended PNR SCREENS they came all the way from Saanichton to us for Victoria WE THOUGHT THAT WAS SO SPEACIL but the real icing on the cake and you won't believe this about a year year-and-a-half the little screen they made for our bedroom window blew out of the window on a very stormy night we immediately went down to the parking lot but It had blown away. We phoned them to order another one, a few days later we had another windstorm and the next day I was taking out the garbage there was the screen had come back the wind had change direction and brought the screen home unbelievable it was really battered and beaten up but the likelihood I like coming home was Unreal! So we found PNR and they told us not to worry they won't charge us for the screen that they've made for us and we're going to be delivering the next day they said they'll come anyway and just bang the other one back into shape again and not charges a penny we couldn't believe it!! I immediately phoned the Times Colonist newspaper at that time they had Applause section and I went on and on of how wonderful these guys were they fix the screen and we had it for another 15 years so it's so good to know thst PNR still exist and we've told the story many many times now we need a screen again well Fred does anyway and without fail they can accommodate you guys are the best!! Highly recommend to all

PNR Window and Screens is a great company! Even during this busy season, they do their best with customer service! They are open and are respecting prodical during this difficult period.

We had the most wonderful experience with PNR Screens! We needed three screens installed, and the technicians did a remarkable job for a reasonable price. They were very cautious with social distancing, and even did the measurements while we were out running errands. Their responses were always timely, and they answered any questions we had throughout the whole process. So happy with the finished screens and installation, and will be recommending PNR to everyone I know!

The screen itself I have no complaints with, it took a while to make but it was fine. I did have a huge problem with getting one quote then receiving my bill for three times the quoted amount. When I called to ask about it, they said that "was their minimum charge" because it cost more than what I was quoted to even get to my place.

The woman who I dealt with said everyone who works there has worked there for years and she didn't know why no one mentioned "the minimum charge" to me prior to me receiving my bill, even though I talked with several people.

I would not use them because of this. If you quote one price, be true to that price. And don't blindside your customer with a bill and say "I don't know why no one told you about the minimum charge".

Ali was very professional, prompt and friendly. He gave me adequate phone calls and emails and opportunity for any questions in the process. Due to the situation we are currently in with Covid they have been quite busy and with staff at a minimum. I felt the slight delay in the start of the process was totally understandable. He was true to his install timeline and quote.

When he mentioned he had made two sets by mistake I immediately recommended the set to a neighbor in my apartment building. He was able to fit them to her window and she was ecstatic. Ali was very grateful to be able to utilize the extra screens. A win-win situation!

Overall I m very happy and should have had screens made years ago! I highly recommend getting screens made and installed with PNR.

I asked for screens that would keep my cats indoors. They installed a window-screen that fell out the first time I touched it, and the screen door pops open when the cat leans on it. It's been two days since I told them and they have not responded to fix the issues. Very unhappy after spending $500 on a door and two windows.

Called this company on the recommendation of my neighbor. I can see some others are having good experiences, but that was not the case for me this company was so unresponsive it left me wondering how they do business at all. Firstly, at no point in time was I able to reach anyone by telephone. Their website states they may be working from home due to Covid, which is fine.

But email was almost no better. Here s what happened, in sequence:

June 1st sent email with pictures of intended project, requesting a site visit and quote. I provided my phone number.

June 3rd company responded via email with rough pricing, and requested my address and phone number. I responded the same day with the info they requested.

June 11th they finally respond and suggest a site visit on June 17th.

June 17th - A lone gentleman showed up on that date and was friendly and professional. I awaited the subsequent estimate.

June 29th Heard nothing back since the site visit. I finally wrote them back on this day, telling them I was still awaiting their follow up from their visit on the 17th.

They remained completely unresponsive, including to calls.

On July 8th, I wrote again advising them if they didn t respond within a week, I would presume they didn t want the business. They responded the same day apologizing, apparently confused as to why they hadn t sent me the estimate. They followed up again that day to let me know they were awaiting one final piece for the complete estimate.

July 10th - I received the estimate. There was one point in there I was confused about, and one component of pricing I was wanting was missing. I emailed back the same day requesting someone call me to discuss the estimate.

Unfortunately, that was the last I heard from them.

I guess I m one of the only ones having this experience for some reason, but if I m having this kind of difficulty prior to the sale, I m not wanting to find out how they would (not) respond in the event I had a problem with the work or product. I understand if staff is short and demand is high, but this was excessive and quite frankly, a waste of my time.

They quickly replaced some bent screens I had at a reasonable price.

PNR Screens is the best company I have ever dealt with. They take a lot of care in their work, were very accommodating, and did a fantastic job installing all the screens in our home. I highly recommend using them. Such a pleasant experience. Thank you!

Really great service, I would highly recommend them.

Screens they made did not fit properly leaving big gaps and had to be caulked in which was not ideal or part of the plan. Guy there had every excuse in the book and would have left it had I not said anything. Not only that but one was not really installed very straight and the guy seemed tired and irritated the whole time. Overall i guess i am satisfied to have the job done but I would not recommend or use these guys ever again.

Always nice to deal with people who know their business, and don't put you down because you don't.
