Never answers phone to make payment etc.! Been calling since this morning staying on for more than 10 minutes and machine says everyone is busy. Really!
I work for a small business in WA and we have financed/leased both vehicles and equipment with several companies. Ally Financial, PNC, Wells Fargo, Bancorp, QI Exchange, etc. PNC has definitely been the easiest to deal with, especially after realizing just how bad financing companies can be (looking at Ally). I'm never on hold long, if at all, the reps are always knowledgeable, I don't get passed around through departments like other places, and they take care of whatever I need quickly. Of course, there are occasional hiccups, but they're small. I'm overall very pleased with PNC's personable service and know-how.
Please never bank with PNC. They will change the terms of the account and never communicate and they continue charging.
They will never explain on how to resolve as well. Please be careful!!!
Worst business people I've ever dealt with. First, they did all the loan paperwork incorrectly and charged my dealer for the first 3 months of payments even though we sent in the proper documentation ($300 documentation fee, regardless of it being entirely wrong). Fast forward 22 months, we're halfway through the loan term and a couple late charges coming in the mail, even though this is on autopay from our bank. They don't return several calls to resolve, until today. Speak w them and explain, during which they give me dates of a week after my bank shows delivered. I'm thinking no big deal, no payments ever missed, they'll remove the late charges and carry on. NO NOT AT ALL. The account manager Steven tells me that they are a multi billion dollar bank and I'm a small business, and this loan is peanuts to them. They will hound me with collections for the late charges. His assistant Sharon whom i spoke with first was no better. Worst and most unprofessional people I've ever had a conversation with. AVOID DEALING WITH PNC.
