PnC Engineering Ltd Review

It was horrible. I had to send 2 small packages by today, so i stood in line.40 minutes. Only 2 registers were open. Poor managing. I m paranoid of Covid and there were ZERO steps taken only floor marked near the door. Not one all the way to the back door. Then 2 lines formed for the self Mail for small packages. No signs, no X s . I felt unsafe the whole time. Worst visit ever. Shame on that post office. Horrible experience, just horrible. I pray I don t get sick from it.

They Left my unit parcel key in a different mail box, in a different apartment mail box first I was told it was delivered to a different complex, now they are saying no wait it s mine; packages are stolen, then say it s not their fault their carrier was irresponsible for putting the key in the wrong mailbox for another tenant to take. They tell me to take it up with the Police, how am I supposed to when you keep ignoring my inquiries and won t give me detailed information to file an accurate report! I bought that medication with the last of paycheck!

Best postal service in the country. No other postal service can compete. This particular location has a large, easily accessible lobby, lots of parking, and a really nice, alluring aesthetic. The quick letter drop even has its own side street.

I d like to rate it higher but there s an employee there who does not wear her mask over her nose and works the front counter. I ve seen her a few months apart doing this both times which leads me to believe she s always doing this. There are also employees walking by in the back area not wearing masks at all. Pretty important considering how many people are passing through here.

I have always gotten good service here at the desk and MOST mail carriers are polite and competent but those who are not are really bad-- they have a few lazy carriers who refuse to do their jobs. That is why I had to take a star away.

I love the Carmichael USPO! Everyone I have encountered has been exceptional. They have gone out of their way to provide great service even in the midst of these trying times. SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGE THEIR HARD WORK!!!

Nice Post Office. Is what it is. Slow and inefficient compared to other services.

I like my mailman but I always have missing or very late magazines. I pay a lot for weekly may subscriptions. I suspect someone who works in the office is stealing or incompetent. My mailbox has a lock so it's not mail theft.

I've been waiting for an important document from the co. recorder's office and just found out it was sent out 6 weeks ago! This is not the first time I haven't received mail. This post office is not reliable!

Treat you bad when you come inside. Mail Carrier steal mail misplace mail OPEN MAIL and don't use common sense. I get my packages better when I deal with amazon or fed ex these ppl are prejudice lazy and crazy but will start a argument with you like you're wrong for wanting your mail
