Best campany to work for they treat there workers good

Laid over 20 ppl off 10 mins before work after telling people they had work for 4 months 3 weeks later lay everyone off what a joke of a company

I ve worked here for 2.5 years, I ve had nothing but work with them. If your willing to work hard and show up to work on time, then your great! Dedicated workers are considered most valuable. I showed that I was willing to work, never saying no to taking an extra shift, I earned my keep and everyone I ve worked with from office staff to our labour crews ... were hell of a team !!

I loved working here, the supervision was great, lots of hours and the pay wasn't bad !

POORLY MANAGED EMPLOYEES

Probably Canada's WORST managed companies. Stay clear of working for these people as your health will be impacted. Nasty management that offers ZERO work -life balance. Degrading and demeaning to their staff.

This company is hiring and I know people they hired.

Company is awesome, to work for. STAFF IS super caring.

Stay far away from this place. One of the most disorganized construction companies in existence. They run their Redwater project like a bunch of overgrown children, plugging almost everybody (50-100 workers) on one radio channel, and threatening to get rid of people to rub fear into them. They like hardhat fillers - people who don't have an opinion and they can treat like garbage.

Worst managed company I have ever worked for. No respect or regard for the employees they treat you like a number have you doing countless unsafe tasks endangering your own life and others. Not helpful when asking questions. Multiple times was told to slow down or just stand around to stretch the project their only focus is money. They may also let you go if you bring any safety concerns to their attention about the projects. Very hard to work up in the company as you will be moved crews constantly. I ve been a foreman before and never have I seen a company so poorly ran.

I have been applying to PME for over 4 years, and have not heard a thing.
The adds make this company seem large and busy.
