They do a complete/detailed check of my generator. They even found an instillation oversight from the original contractor who installed the generator.

PM Technologies installed and have maintained a Katolight 40Kw generator for several years for my home. Their technicians have all been very polite, extremely competent, and fastidious. I very much appreciate the fact that they politely remind us when it is time to perform the yearly maintenance. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a completely reliable backup power system.

Harold did an awesome job servicing our generator. He called as soon as he arrived on campus, i went out to meet him and once he was finished he called me to let me know that he was done. Very much appreciated!!

Overall this was a very "easy" experience for us. We called, they came to the house, explained everything, gave us a quote, and then did everything that they said they would do.
The people who installed the generator were pleasant, professional and gave us confidence that they really know what they are doing. Everything was completed exactly as promised.

We are a 193 home subdivision and in a power outage we all count on that generator for water. It has been tested over the last few years and has always started automatically to run our water system when needed. The people at P M Tech have always been very professional and great communicating when they will be there to perform the regular yearly maintenance that keeps the generator operating as it should. After each service call the technician calls me and lets me know that everything is working as it should or if there is an issue that needs attention. We have been very happy with them and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs back up power installed or that needs service on one they already have. Thanks P M Tech.

Services are professional, prompt, and courteous. I very much appreciate that my unit can be serviced, even when we are not home, which can be quite difficult to arrange.

This firm is excellent. They did a thorough job of inspecting our generator and provided a detailed report on the condition.

They have been extremely helpful and responsive to my needs as a customer. I have an older generator that's kind of a "cranky old gal" (the generator, not me) and I seem to need rather frequent tweaks, like an older car needs more maintenance to keep it running and safe on the road for example. So, PM Technologies has been great and I highly recommend them. Their customer service and billing have been more than fair with me as well. You are in good hands with this company, and I don't think you can say that about too many companies these days, sadly.

Although I talked to Mike on the Phone and he has given me advice in the past and has been very helpful, it was Harold who came out to our location and was very professional and did a great job. Thanks Harold

PM Technology has always been very efficient and effective. I trust them with our whole house generator maintenance which has been used often in the past years. I know they are helpful in protecting us in tough times.

This business employs reckless drivers. The company van was attempting to pass standstill traffic on 12 Mile. Then suddenly attempted to push my vehicle off the road when there was no entry point. The driver began making rude gestures when I blew my horn. Any company that tolerates this level of reckless inconsiderate behavior would not be permitted into my home or business. Beware if you see the white PM Technolgies van.

Prompt but pricey. Technicians seem knowledgeable. Always leaving more to be done for another trip charge. Why not just fix everything at once?

A few years ago, PM Technologies installed a full house generator in our home.
They were fast, reasonable, and professional. Excellent equipment. We recently had routine maintenance. Again, the service was fast, reasonable and professional. We highly recommend PM Technologies.
