Purchased credits and never received them and they will not respond to emails, so they get zero stars

Playtika only knows how to be greedy. While they claim to be fair and fun. Their machines are rigged in favour of them to make more money off of you. They have zero concern about fun and excitement for a game. Everything is "how do we get more money out of these people". My advice to all is to NOT spend one dime on them and just be free players. Perhaps when they stop making money they will change their ways and bring back fun and excitement.

These "Con Artists", have allowed Criminals another ave, to steal your money, My Visa Card was hacked and robbed $299.through the Playtinka Facebook App, I got ripped off & I don't even Gamble or have a FB account!

This company is ripping people off . Wish someone would just go their and demolish their building

OPENED EMAIL PLAYTIKA /SLOTO MANIA SAID THAT I HAD WON A PRIZE .I CLICKED ON PACKAGE ON EMAIL .THEY SAID THAT I HAD RECEIVED THE PRIZE.WHAT A PACK OF LIES .WAS NEVER TOLD WHAT THE PRIZE WAS NOT TO MENTION NOT RECEIVING IT WHAT A BOGUS GAME .CLICKED SITE TO SEE PRIZE ,WAS SENT TO A DANGEROUS PAGE THAT SAID GET OUT OF HERE .MY CPOMPUTER WARNED ME ABOUT BOGUS PAGE.DON'T ADVERTISE IF YOU CAN'T KEEP WORD OR PROMISE!!

I paid $19.99 for 269 credits but i have yet to receive the and ive sent in 3 tickets....if i dont get my credits or a refund i will be taking higher actions

I am giving 1 star based solely on the way they have ruined Bingo Blitz. I have left a review on the play store as well but I have noticed that they do not acknowledge the reviews on there. People are leaving 1,2 and 3 star reviews with very detailed explanations of why and when they do bother to respond it is only to say glad you like our game, give us more stars. They are not even attempting to try to fix any issues or concerns we have. Plenty of players, including myself, are getting ready to delete this game due to the changes they have made and they seem to be perfectly content with this. It seems pretty sad that they believe it is acceptable to rig the game so that they can take your money and give nothing back in return. I really love this game and would hate to give it up but if some adjustments are not made soon I will just find another game that actually appreciates their players and the hard earned money they are spending.
