My visit to Platinum Image Services/Spa was overall a positive one. The staff were friendly and the treatments were satisfactory. However, I felt that the atmosphere could have been more inviting and the spa facilities could have been cleaner. Despite these minor issues, I still enjoyed my experience and would consider returning in the future.
