Very disappointed in the security guard at jbhifi at bayfair Tauranga today was in there looking at phone and noctied the the guard was on his phone . Not even watching the store just texting on his phone.

At the last Auckland concert for Fleetwood Mac at Spark Arena, surrounded by extremely intoxicated patrons. Within the first 1.5 hours of the show these people managed to stumble past me, your guards, and alcohol management staff to buy more and more drinks. My experience was definitely impacted by these morons who should not have managed to go undetected by your staff, repeatedly. Very disappointing.

Just saw one of the security guards man handle an indian cricket fan at the domestic airport... such bad service form you guys.... just a simple fan wanting to see his idols and the poor young chap just got thrown to the ground... disgusting..!!

The hiviz brigade who were attempting

(I think attempting) to direct traffic on Prince's Wharf on 20 Nov were missing red noses, oversized shoes, rainbow afros and spinning bow ties.

A complete shambles which has restricted my income today.

I phoned P4 to lay a complaint but they hung up and didn't want to resolve the problem.

Very helpful staff who always help you find an entrance/exit thats quicker!
