The worst dispatch system in the country more than two hours for any box

I do not know how it is that the dishes go to the cover but if it is with machines then it needs cleaning and if they are people who put them in the cover worse still here is the photo more than half of the dirty dishes with black straws that is not well try to correct that

It can be better. The physical plant needs maintenance.

If I could give less than one star I would. Wow what a bad customer service. A whole hour to get a little thing broken. It is incredible that they take an hour to invoice and imagine to dispatch. I will never come back.

The products of this factory are excellent, they are at a good price. The only thing the retail system for small merchants is very slow. I hope they take this more as a suggestion for improvement and not as a criticism. The two ladies in the office were very friendly.
