Plantation Ford Review

Rafael at Plantation Ford is the guy to see if you want the best deal. When I came in to look at the truck we spoke about he was very friendly and made me feel like he cared about finding me the right truck. After test driving we spoke about numbers and he came back with a better deal than I thought I would get. This was the best car buying experience I ve had by a mile! The dealership was also very clean and nice. I also spoke with a gentleman in finance who was extremely friendly as well. All in all a great experience!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Plantation Ford. It was easy and seamless. Delivery was made on time and my new truck is AWESOME.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!.

I went to plantation ford due to my car's engine lag and what seemed to be transmission failure. First, I got there, and Richard Hinton attended to me. Mr. Hinton told me it would be 1 whole week before they looked at my car. I was ok with the idea. after a week, they called me back and said they would need to drop the transmission to find the problem. (my car had no transmission codes) I was told it would cost at least 1200 for them to look at the transmission. They were claiming that my transmission was causing my engine to come out of timing. I have never even heard of such a thing. After learning, I had to pay 1200, I declined, and i was asked to pay the diagnostic fee. Initially, I paid because i thought they were right, but I wanted a second opinion. I took the car across the street to Transmission King, and they quickly found the problem (timing belt replacement). Plantation ford was trying to literally rip me off for a problem my car didn't even have. It is extremely unfair they even charged me the diagnostic fee when they didn't even diagnose the problem. Moral of the story, never go to plantation ford, and if you have to, exhaust all options even mobile mechanics before you go.

Honestly the best dealer I have ever dealt with. Joe was the best sales person, he was very upfront about everything and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted to purchase. 11/10 I'm definitely coming here to buy every Ford from now on.

All I can say is that this is a great dealership and they service my friends and family which is who referred me to the amazing Mike Kerwin to order another truck for my fleet. To say the least Mike knows everything there is to know about Ford but even more so about Ford trucks and how to order them based on exactly what you need not what he wants to sell you he only wants you to have what you need in your budget he will not lie to you and he will definitely not try to sell you something you don t need. I can t wait to do another transaction with him in the future and this dealership. Give them a shot clearly their reviews tell their story. I went to two other Ford dealerships they don t even respond to you.

This must be the top Ford dealership in the USA. I bought my first Ford here in 1978. I am still buying my Ford vehicles here. Great service, professional staff and trustworthy owners. Service department is reliable and timely. Plantation Ford makes the vehicle buying experience smooth and easy.

Had truly the best service experience. My advisor Jose took my issue seriously (despite it being intermittent), kept me in the loop throughout the day while it was diagnosed, and had worked the the technician to have it repaired the same day - picked up the next morning. The technician Kenny was available when I came to pickup and he even walked me through what he saw and what he did to fix it.

Finally - a dealership with fantastic customer service, a really quick turnaround, and no typical dealership rigmarole. VERY happy with my experience. I drove down from Parkland (passing 3 other ford stores on my way) based on a recommendation from a friend, and am VERY happy that I did. Thank you Jose, Kenny, and Plantation Ford!

Amazing experience at Plantation Ford. John on the sale, Brian on the accessories, and Chris wrapping it all up for me was the quickest and easiest experience ever in purchasing a vehicle. I wouldn t use any other dealership moving forward. Don t waste your time anywhere else.
