Not the worst doctor but definitely not in the top...
Not the worst doctor but definitely not in the top best. once you leave the office that is it. I don't really think he sits down to review his cases at the end of each day . 15 minutes with his patients is not enough time to evaluate and provide proper individualized management. review of patient care is necessary to provide the best management. I believe this is lacking. i used to have a cardiologist who after a visit would sometimes have his nurse call me and say the doctor wants to do this test or he wants to try this medicine or he wants some other blood work, etc. . i felt confident that he was managing my case and he would think about it even after i left the office. that is dedication! He would have me get bloodwork and monitored my cholesterol and would change my meds and then have me do bloodwork again few months later to see if that medication improved my cholesterol level. He set such a high standard that Dr leche cannot measure up to. he moved his practice and it was too far for me to drive and I had to switch to Dr leche. This doctor does not send you for any bloodwork to even check cholesterol levels.??. The staff are ok. they are not rude but they are not really friendly. but I can deal with that. its the medical management that is a bit scary. so I guess if you do not have a real cardiac problem he is good. if you have serious cardiac problems then perhaps he is not the best choice. I have no ill feelings towards Dr Leche and his staff, but comparing him to my previous cardiac Md who had high standards of care, I have to say that pinnacle is only mediocre.
