Honestly I can't even begin to express how amazing this place was with me today. I had an appointment at 11:30 am but the person taking me bailed literally last minute, I live an hour away and happened to find another ride but it was already 11:20. Called and they said I could still come. They were so understanding and helpful throughout the whole visit. Was told to prepare for a 3-4 hour visit but I was out in 2 hours which was awesome considering I was an hour behind schedule!! Every single staff member I encountered was just so kind!! My experience here was far better than my visit to Allegheny Reproductive.Not bashing AR, however that visit was very long and stressful.

Incredibly helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to help me for almost next to nothing. I am so grateful to this entire team.

For a clinic these wonderful people do they jobs way better than hospitals. They are professional and make you comfortable. Thank you planned parenthood for your services!!

Everyone is helpful and comforting. The white noise machines they use are a small but great addition. I find myself having anxiety at ANY doctor appointment and these actually help a lot. You don't feel rushed or like you're inconveniencing anyone by being there!

Everyone at the clinic was professional and made me feel comfortable. Answered any questions I had with detail and was very thorough in their examinations. I will definitely be going back to Planned Parenthood.
