They took great care of me, helped me with birth control, and helped me with finding a wonderful obgyn when I got pregnant. I love the fact the staff is well trained, respectful, and everything is always clean.
I had two visits over two days at this location: first one for my annual exam and second for a Nexplanon implant removal. Both days, I had respectful and professional experiences from the employees there. From checking in, to the phone pre-appointment questionnaire (you do have to wait in your car until closer to your appointment time), to the appointment, everything was great. A weird thing to mention is that the center is decorated brightly, which I noted and liked; it's not dark/drab/dreary. Made a difference to me. While the cost was more than what I've paid when I had better insurance and only a copay, it was still affordable.
The only negative was wait times to get called in were a little long, but I can also attribute that to Covid protocols/busier times.
Took my daughter for new birth control implant very nice staff .. Not like other place i been in other towns very nice will be bac if needed
This place is completely infested with roaches and spiders. I know that sounds like an exaggeration but I counted more than 15
Been going there for years they all are so friendly and helpful definitely recommend anyone there great place.
Writing this review while I m still in the office I m so pleased! Kenya the medical assistant is sooo friendly I instantly forget about the worries of my visit when I m around her! She definitely knows how to put you at easy. My doctor (Daniella) was so quick and concerned with my comfort! Thank you I needed that. Nisha (if I got your name wrong sorry) was very sweet during my check out process. And not to forget the young lady that took my screening. She was so empathetic. Thank you ladies ! You guys make an amazing team !
Be prepared to wait 3-5 hours per appointment. This is ridiculous. If your gonna run a business atleast do it in a timely manner, and be considerate of other people's time.

They leave you on hold for 30+ mins on the phone which is super annoying and a big inconvenience
