Struggled with responsiveness. didn't meet expectations or timelines.

I am so glad i found this, I was able to fulfill my duty in this changing time as a teacher and now working remotely to make sure to fulfill my duty as a knowledge provider to my students. Everything is working based on my expectations, affordable price for a great laptop! I am now delivering lessons to my students and found no issues at all. This company is very generous and provided me a free chrome book as well! Thank you for the added inspiration and motivation. truly, a life changer :-) kudos!

PlanITROI really stands behind their warranty! It was a pleasure working with there Customer Service Team as they were attentive to my needs for the repair. The timeline that was presented was accurate and my laptop was repaired/replaced in very short time frame.

I would highly recommend them for products and services.

UPDATE: Manager called and apologized for the mistake. She sent a refund right away and I could tell wanted to make my company happy.

ORIGINAL: We purchase a large number of items from them on eBay. Our first order they shipped out. Two days later we placed another order. They used the tracking numbers from the first order on the second order claiming the items were delivered. Now we are in a huge hassle with eBay and PayPal trying to get a refund.

Purchased Processors from this company, received an incorrect item. Contacted them multiple times online and by phone and was told "sorry this is not in the warranty terms" supplied pictures to company with their inventory labels to show that they had shipped incorrect item and they still said "sorry our warranty terms do not cover this". This company is a complete scam and I would take your business elsewhere!

Don't waste your money and time. This company is a fraud. Sells products that are out dated and inflates the retail price to make it sound like it's legit.

Purchased 31 laptops from this "company". Took my money then realized they didn't have enough inventory to fulfill order despite saying they had no problem with that number. Now I have to wait for THOUSANDS of dollars to be refunded when I need these for frontline workers. Great Job - Plan IT... You should plan to fail when you shop with these dopes.

I think refurbished ment wipenit down and put it I n a new box. Got a dell lattatude 3340 for christmas...peice of junk...5th.tI me.on phone with ms to get things sorted out. Thw only reason i have put up with it this long is it was a gift and free.

Got a refurbed computer from this company for my son and was very pleased. UNTIL, I left the computer in my office over the weekend and came back to a quarter of the screen not working. Wasn't touched all weekend, yet some magical mysterious "internal crack" happened. The outside of the screen isn't cracked at all, warranty doesn't mentioned anything about an "internal crack" just a crack, but it's not covered... okay. Asked for a refund, but now I have to go through Walmart to get my refund because of again, the "internal crack". DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

Too bad you can't give zero Stars. I bought something from Best Buy that was refurbished and has not worked since day one. Now they tell me I have to pay to send it back to them so they can fix it. Not even worth it at this point.

Bought a laptop, worked a month. Sent it back, they sent a complete different one, worked for about 4 hours! Now to do it again...so 60 bucks down the drain in shipping alone! Save your money and buy new!! I would not recommend buying, or having any work done by this company.
