I have been looking for a place to be a regular at. This is the place. Everyone is friendly, they recognize you when you come back. There are many regulars and the food is pretty good. I've been mostly for breakfast, but dinner is food too. Definitely recommend checking out. My friend said they have the best huevos rancheros he's had. And he's had quite a few!

Arrived here about 10 and were snuggly sat within 15 minutes. The attentive wait staff made the time between taking the order and eating the order pass quickly. The food was delicious. I love sausage gravy and they do a good job with it. My wife had the BBC and thoroughly enjoyed it and had to take half of it home.

We went here for a quick dinner just before our flight out of Reno last weekend, and were glad we found this place. Food was delicious, service was excellent, and we were especially happy with the large number of vegetarian options. Unfortunately, we weren't hungry enough to try all they had to offer, but we had the Veggie Burger which was good, and their cornbread with honey butter is a must try! Their location is very convenient too, less than 10 minutes from the airport. Highly recommend.

First time there and we will be back most definitely. There was sports, booze and breakfast and that is EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED! The servers were great, the bartender rocked and the owner was super friendly:)

Got into Reno right around dinner, checked into our hotel and ordered food over the phone just for pickup. Absolutely amazing friendliness right off the bat, just over the phone. Prices are really good, especially for the fact of how much food you get. Ontop of it, staff made sure we had everything we needed so we weren't without anything once we got back to hotel. And the best part.. The food was absolutely amazing!!!!!! Totally hit the spot and greaat quality. I could actually taste the flavor! We're definitely going back, now for breakfast as soon as we check out!

Perhaps the best breakfast in Reno. I ve lived in Reno for over 20 years and keep coming back. Lunch is good too; however, I usually go for breakfast. There is a bar that is always busy, but I ve never had drinks here. Sometimes there is a wait, but never too long. Highly recommend trying PJ s. The staff turnover is low so you get to know your servers.

Local popular place for good food and drinks. Off street and street side parking. Cozy environment with outside seating too. Service can be a bit slow if they get slammed or are very busy. Dining room is separate from the bar so families often come here. Gathering place on Wednesday nights for the local motorcycle scene. Very friendly service, good American diner food, full service bar and moderate prices. The usual breakfast faire - eggs to order, pancakes, omelets, cereal, oatmeal, eggs benedict, breakfast burrito, quiche lorraine, bagels, croissant, french toast and biscuits & gravy. For lunch and dinner there is a big selection of sandwiches, salads, soups, chili, and burgers. All prepared just right. Family owned and operated. A Reno institution.

Wow! Was on our way to downtown and this place had so many cars in front so we stopped in :) Such a cute place with kind smiling faces, and their food is so delicious! Will definitely be coming back any time we are in town :) Jill was attentive and kind to us! Thank you for everything

Delightful spot for breakfast! Hubs and I stopped in for the first time wanting to try something new, and we were greeted warmly as soon as we entered. Small detail but I enjoyed how huge the coffee mugs on the table are. We quickly received coffee and water and were constantly checked on to see if we needed refills. He had a mimosa and I had a bloody mary as well, which were both great.

PJ'S is unchanged. They have Covid protos reasonably in place. The servers are great: they are nice, have personality and think on their feet to work with you. That also says something about Management respecting their people and appreciating customer patronage. The support people do a great job. Many thanks to them for clean tables, utensils and refills, etc. PJ's is a solid Reno staple.

Great food. Good service friendly and nice staff. Be prepared though for a 30 minute or more wait especially on Sundays because of popularity. Plenty of screens to watch sports. Kids are greatly welcome and receive coloring equipment immediately. Crowded but fun. You will enjoy.

I have eaten at PJ's from time to time and always find it pleasant and friendly. The food is typical American style. Good beer is on tap.
On past visits I had burgers. This visit I enjoyed the quesadilla, but did not like the chicken wings at all.
Bike night is on Wednesdays and motorcycles will fill the parking lot to overflowing.

Love this place, their banana nut pancakes are the bomb. It s not what you expect. It s a welcoming surprise to get the fresh sliced banana and walnuts on top of fluffy pancakes. Yum! I never rate 5 stars unless the food is consistently great. This place fits that for breakfast anyway. I can t rate it for lunch since I haven t been here for that, which is the reason I only rated 4 stars. Their huevos rancheros is spot on, the Benedict s are also delish and I like the shrimp omelet too. Can t lose with any of those.

Delicious homemade food served homestyle in a homey atmosphere. You can't beat it. This is my 91 year old friend Ray from Pineville, CA who came over for a VA doc visit and had never been here. He had the house made clam chowder with some cornbread and is now HOOKED!

Waited at our table for 45 minutes for someone to take our order and was completely ignored, table next to us were seated 10 minutes after us and got brilliant service. Far cry from the last time we visited a year ago. Rather disappointed
