I had high expectations based on their promises, but the execution fell short of what I was hoping for. Communication was often unclear, and the strategies proposed didn’t align well with our vision. It felt like we were going in circles rather than moving forward. 🌀 It’s a learning experience for sure, but I expected more clarity and partnership throughout the process.
