Very busy, crowd is a bit of a mixed bag - ok for a night out if you work in the area and go out around there often. I wouldn't pick it for drinks if I was heading out in the area, I was meeting a friend after work and it was just a very rowdy (and not in a good way) crowd. The crowd had a very aggressive vibe.

For micro brewery I would read pub, and multiple outlet chain at that, so very corporate!
I visited to attend a retirement function that was held in the downstairs section, which like it's upstairs counterpart is all very swish in its looks.
However for an almost full bar there was only one member of staff working the bar, so very long waits for drinks etc. The buffet provided was all frozen to deep fried so not very healthy! Then the music, well loud just isn't the word for it, so disappointing given that the people in our group all wanted to talk.
As I said this place is very corporate, your choice

It s a chain owned bar in a nice setting therefore it does the job. The bar area from which they dispense alcohol versus the size of the venue feels disproportionate. However I struggle with foreshortening and other optical devices.

Surprised by the service and food at Pitcher & Piano (don t remember it being that great in other branches several years ago). This one was great though! Managed to score a 50% voucher on the total food bill so it worked out to be amazing - look out online for these. Also, happened to stumble into P&P on a Monday eve during happy hour (til 8pm) for BOGOF on house cocktails. Also, the sausage & mash and the fish & chips were delightful. Many thumbs up.
