Like always friendly and great service, I love the new location.

Sold me a xikar lighter in March. I asked him several times "if this breaks you will exchange it, right?" to which he said yes. Tried to exchange it today, and was told that they could no longer exchange lighters as of January. They straight up lied to my face to sell a $100 lighter, avoid at all costs!

Mr Renee is very knowledgeable! And a super nice guy. He has all your tobacco needs. I drive all the way from Alexandria to visit with him and get my pipes, tobacco and cigars.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. They do not force anything on you and make you feel welcome and comfortable. If you have questions, they are ready to help or if you just want to look around and browse their selection you can do that without anyone hovering over you. I enjoy being in the store and look forward to going back again and again.
