potentially good company, mostly good people, lacks vision and leadership.

The company itself does good work but it pays its employees poor quality wages for heavy equipment operators with experience . $17 to only $20 per hr for safe and precision work in the field. They run adds for operators on a regular basis which indicates high turn over possibilities. There are other companies that pay far better for top experienced guys.

A very likable environment, who can and will get the job done. There's no way a company like pipeline would still be around, if they did not have a strong leadership with a vision.
