Pipe Works replaced a 23 year old air conditioning unit at our residence. The process and the professionalism from the initial project quote to the actual replacement was seamless. What a pleasure to work with this company and their team of dedicated professionals!! They replaced our old unit with a Lennox Packaged Air Conditioner all in one day. The installation crew, Chris, Giovonne, George and Ryan were fantastic! They not only adhered to Covid-19 protocol but in addition did a great job with the installation and the disposal of the old unit. They were both courteous and knowledgeable throughout the entire installation. I highly recommend using Pipe Works for any type of AC issues or replacement! The Lennox unit we chose is terrific. Quieter, better energy rating and most important, cools the home quickly. Well done Pipe Works Team!

Giovonne, Jose, and Phil arrived to my house at the scheduled time. These three individuals were kind, courteous and respectful of my property. They introduced themselves and told me what they would be doing. The split HVAC was installed with total professionalism.

OMG! Mike G and Anthony from Pipe Works are life savers! We had a sewer pipe in our backyard break. I called Pipe Works at 10am this morning. Within the hour, Mike and Anthony were there assessing our issue and ready to work. It s 12:30 and they just left. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable. I just can t say enough good things. I would absolutely recommend Pipe Works and will use them again.

As someone who works in construction myself, I would highly recommend Pipe Works to anyone in need of a plumber. They are super professional and insist on doing things the proper way, which is absolutely what you want. Johnny and his crew were exceptional. My technician Diego P. was on time, professional,thorough and explained everything as he was doing the job so there would be no questions. Another job well done.

Jason, Jose and Phil arrived on-time and got straight to work. My family and I were home all day but weren't bothered at all by their work. Our furnace is in a tight spot in the basement but it wasn't a problem for them. They got everything done in one day and we are very happy with the work. Everything works beautifully. I highly recommend PipeWorks for any HVAC job.

Just had my air conditioning replaced by Jose and Giovonne and I want to say thanks for the awesome job they did. They arrived on time and got right down to business and worked through lunch to get my AC up and running. We they were done with the job you wouldn t even know they had been here, very neat and clean. These guys are the consummate professionals.

We just had the heating and cooling systems replaced and the work was excellent. The team arrived on time, were very clean with the work, worked fast and very nicely showed the completed work for any questions. The systems are great and work so much better than the ones we replaced. Outstanding job as we already new from our previous generator install. Thanks again!!!!
