Pioneer Linens Review

NASTY NASTY NASTY!!!!!! I ordered very expensive towels from Pioneer online. I shopped around to see if I could get them a little less expensive before placing my order with Pioneer. Just after I placed the order another vendor offered me a 20% discount on my order. I immediately emailed Pioneer to see if they would honor & meet the discount. No reply
I then called and spoke to ADRIAN who was RUDE and NASTY to me & didn t care in the least that I canceled my order. I got an email after hanging up with her that just said your order has been canceled .
I think in the times that we are living in now, Pioneer should have been a little more gracious for the order
And willing to give me the discount as a first time buyer with this company. SHAME ON YOU PIONEER FOR YOUR RUDE & UNPROFFESSIONALISM!

I went pillow shopping here. Marissa and staff were extremely knowledgeable about the different options available to me and made sure I got exactly what I liked and needed. I will be back!

I love this store! My friend introduced me to it years ago and I fell in love! It is a family owned business and I feel just like family when I walk in the door. They have the finest linens from Italy! I highly recommend Pioneer Linens to anyone looking for quality products!

Pioneer is the only place I'll go for linens, towels, home accessories and more. They have a large variety of luxury goods and the staff are knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely nice people. They offer complimentary parking across the street which makes getting in and out easy...There's a reason that they've been around for over 100+ years. Highly recommend!

Awesome customer service! Beautiful selection and quality

After reading the sign to "call for entrance" and in doing so ,was advise someone would come let us in. Unfortunately after waiting for 12 minutes my wife and I decided not to call again but appreciate a company that was too busy for our business,therefore leaving without our patronage going towards a company that does not appreciate their customers enough to even let them in the door. Sadly after calling Mrs Marissa Murphy the General store manager to advise her of the incident I was told she wasn't available, how surprising.

I love when I can support a family owned small business and get great customer service and quality products. The staff was friendly, and really helped me through my decision making and made me feel comfortable with my purchase.
