Had great luck with repair to my BD unit. I think this is all they repair at this facility & then only when it is under warranty. Call first to check, as they do have odd hours. You enter on the west side of the building. They are not really set up with a repair counter, but the guard will call for someone to help you. Took less that a week to repair ($175.00 part!) and they return ship for free, though I made a will-call. My unit was a floor model/demo, but no problem as long as you have some form of original purchase receipt. Not sure if they sell parts, so again call first.

1st Customer Service closes for Lunch, not reflected on there website..
2nd they listed open times as 10:30 am till 7pm EST
I called and message said they are closed for lunch from 11:30 till 12:30 and it was 3:00pm EST???? I called Corporate # and they said we are on the west coast not east coast.. I wait till 3:30 pm to call back and receive message we are closed for two hours for training the whole CS dept. I call back two hours later after being in a cue for 45 minutes and was disconnected 10 mins into tech being on phone.. Yamaha has 24/7 customer service and their A/V Receives are many years advanced of what Pioneer sells.. My receiver is being returned and will not by Pioneer which I once held in high regard..

Absolutely abhorrent support.

Horrible customer service via technical support th...

Horrible customer service via technical support through email. Was ghosted on technical advice 2 times.
-First time within 3 months a USB error where USB connections will not read on my car radio. No response on further help on an under warranty unit -Second time was 2-3 years down the road (recently) I tried to update firmware hoping to solve issues. Completely bricked the whole stereo when you guess it, USB error occurred while updating.

Garbage support and wish I never paid for their products, just to be ghosted on technical help twice.

Pioneer Cycling Group is closed for lunch and then "training" for 2 hours so they can't take calls in the morning or afternoon across multiple days. Good gig if you can get it. All other phone numbers take you to dead ends... literally hangs up on you.
