Most incompetent Billing In the Industry
While I don't know if the quality of their services is worthwhile, if it is in any way related to their competence in billing, they are best to be avoided at all costs.
I had already decided to stop using this incompetent company as they cashed a check that covered two accounts, then sent it to collections. I almost repaid it but a careful checking of my accounts showed that they had incompetently screwed up and I had already paid in full.
Then they sent a new bill for new services. This now requires setting up more passwords and accounts just to pay the bill. So I tried calling them instead. There instructions in the bill were wrong and following them had the telephone system hang up on me.
I eventually figured out that the instructions were wrong and got past that point with the faulty account number.
Then when clicking the wrong entry on my phone, the payment service hung up instantly. This occurred 3 or 4 times.
You can't talk to a service person. This company should be shut down.
