This is one restaurant we always stop at when visiting Panama City

Enjoyed lunch with Alligator bites, grilled shrimp, mahi-mahi, and the mahi BLT. Everything was delicious, including the Idyll Hands Ghost Crab Pilsna. Alex was a great waitress!

Great Ribs! Saw tons of Paulding County license plates in the parking lot. GA loves Pineapple Willy's.

Was not worth the wait or money! Tasted like something I could get in my home town in north ga. Doesnt taste like fresh seafood. Only is popular for its name I guess.

Jarrod is by far the best host my family has ever had. He knew everything about the menu and offered honest advice when ordering. It is worth coming to eat there just to receive his excellent service.

Our first night experience was great and would give our waitress five stars. But tonight s, was horrible. We re staying at Shores of Panama and would have come over every night because it s literally a hop, skip and a jump away. Your Manager and I legitimately use that to VERY loosely; Jeremy needs an attitude adjustment and a lesson in Customer Service. I myself am a General Manager and would have handled this situation a little bit better. Your Waitress Samantha accidentally with no remorse whatsoever charged us $80 for the table next to us rather than our $12 bill. We had already cashed out our drinks with the Bartender and ordered an appetizer. She acted as if it wasn t a big deal and said it would take 2-3 days to go back on the card. Unfortunately, I know that s inaccurate considering we bank with a small 5 branch Credit Union in our town. It will easily take 7-9 Business Days because we know our bank. There was no emotion or remorse for the actions, no sorry, no nothing. We walked up to the waitress stand to find your hostess playing Sudoku. We then asked to speak to a Manager and here comes Jeremy. His presence and demeanor was far from Management material. He stood there with this blank and smug look like he could care less. I d be appalled to know my staff acknowledged and admitted to 2-3 times a week this situation happens. So as a guest, you re telling me your wait staff accidentally 2-3 times a week runs peoples cards and void them out? Which is what he stated. Wow. You need to take this as a learning experience in not only how to run payments properly, Customer Service AND how to make it up to a guest. We have 5 days left here and I promise you I won t be back because of this. Which is a shame considering we bought 4 of your large cups to get refills while here and had all intentions of coming every night until we left.

Great service from Kori! We had 17 people in our group and she was awesome! The food was great! The seafood platters, mahi mahi and grouper was fantastic ! We definitely recommend going!

We really enjoyed the food a the service. You get what you pay for. Also loved we was just a few feet from the ocean. The shrimp was delicious.

We love coming here when we bring the family to PCB our trip is not complete without going to Pineapple Willy's Restaurant!!! The food is delicious, the service is outstanding, even the wait time is worth it! Because either way they get you in no time and they become like family to you!

The to go drinks were a pain. Out of 4 of them 3 of them we actually tasted the liquor because it stayed on top of the drink even after stirring it....

Amazing food and the Pineapple Willy drink was great. You must try the shrimp po boy. They loaded it with shrimp and was very flavorful.

We loved this place!!! Our service was outstanding and everyone had a smile on their face. We had Alexandria one night and Holly the other. Both gave us excellent service and brought out food extremely fast. Gator bites are the best as well as the signature Pineapple Willy beverage. Made our weekend to Panama City Beach great!!

Not worth the wait if there is one. Food and drinks are okay, but way over priced. Hell, you're on vacation, so why not.

We ate here two days ago. I got the grilled shrimp and a few hours later got horrible food poisoning. It was the only place we ate at all day. I have never been so sick in my life. The only enjoyable part about this place was our waiter.

Perfect experience. Shrimp and grits, ribs, onion rings, cheese curds, all superb. Great service too. Place was slam packed but only 15 min wait.

Excellent Atmosphere, 20+ HDTV's, Friendly Staff, Fully Gulf Coast View, Very Efficient Waiting Service. The only downside is the presentation and quality of the food. If you want to enjoy a good meal and atmosphere of the beach, I highly recommend. Price is not bad, but mostly set up for tourist.

Food was good, atmosphere is great. Had a good time and was a nice beach walk from our hotel.
