Our first night experience was great and would give our waitress five stars. But tonight s, was horrible. We re staying at Shores of Panama and would have come over every night because it s literally a hop, skip and a jump away. Your Manager and I legitimately use that to VERY loosely; Jeremy needs an attitude adjustment and a lesson in Customer Service. I myself am a General Manager and would have handled this situation a little bit better. Your Waitress Samantha accidentally with no remorse whatsoever charged us $80 for the table next to us rather than our $12 bill. We had already cashed out our drinks with the Bartender and ordered an appetizer. She acted as if it wasn t a big deal and said it would take 2-3 days to go back on the card. Unfortunately, I know that s inaccurate considering we bank with a small 5 branch Credit Union in our town. It will easily take 7-9 Business Days because we know our bank. There was no emotion or remorse for the actions, no sorry, no nothing. We walked up to the waitress stand to find your hostess playing Sudoku. We then asked to speak to a Manager and here comes Jeremy. His presence and demeanor was far from Management material. He stood there with this blank and smug look like he could care less. I d be appalled to know my staff acknowledged and admitted to 2-3 times a week this situation happens. So as a guest, you re telling me your wait staff accidentally 2-3 times a week runs peoples cards and void them out? Which is what he stated. Wow. You need to take this as a learning experience in not only how to run payments properly, Customer Service AND how to make it up to a guest. We have 5 days left here and I promise you I won t be back because of this. Which is a shame considering we bought 4 of your large cups to get refills while here and had all intentions of coming every night until we left.
