I recently started practicing Pilates and have been attending classes at Pilates Body Awareness. The instructors are fantastic and provide a supportive and encouraging environment. The workouts are challenging but also fun, keeping me motivated to continue my practice. The studio itself is clean and inviting, making it a pleasant space to exercise. I have already noticed improvements in my strength and flexibility, and I look forward to continuing my journey with Pilates Body Awareness.
