Not impressed at all. Given the wrong replacement part twice. The Counter person lacked knowledge and seem to have more important things to do. Tried to buy some rain gear another time but the sales lady couldn't say with the conversation for more than 10 seconds at a time, I decided to go some where else. I ride a bike 14 years old, and was buying and oil filter and oil. I was told by the counter guy he was sorry I rode such an old bike. This is just a few of the bad experiences. All PPHD wants to do is make a big sale. Do your self a favor and drive down to Out Post HD in Pueblo. They always do me good.

Dave Wellen (our sales guy) and Alison (Motor Clothes sales) are freaking AWESOME! Dave has been helping us get back on two wheels for over 6 months. Making sure we found a bike we not only liked and felt good about, but that we could afford. Dave got to know us, our tastes, and exactly what we were looking for in a bike and didn't just bail on us when we weren't ready to pull the trigger that first day. He kept in touch with us, without being pushy and would call (or text) whenever something he thought we might like came in the door. His product knowledge is stellar! He goes the extra mile to help you find exactly what YOU want even if it means his commission will be smaller. Through all of our debating, looking, and visits to PPHD Dave has always been their to great us as we walked through the door. He has become so.much more than just our salesman, he has become one of the few people we call friend.
Alison in Motor Clothes is another awesome PPHD employee! Her product knowledge is great and, like Dave, she takes the time to get to know what your tastes are, what you like, and what you are looking for and makes suggestions based on what you've told her. She is quick to greet you as you come to the Motor Clothes area and by your second trip (third at the most) she will greet you by name when she sees you. Unlike some of the other girls Alison doesn't "hover" over you as you explore the Motor Clothes area. She will make a suggestion here or there (based on what you've told her) but otherwise she will let you just wander about until you actually have a question or need help then she is right there! She goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and like you are a part of the family. She has been helping us pick out some jewelry for the last few weeks, and like Dave, she didn't bail on us or try to pressure us into buying something we weren't interested in or didn't fit our particular "style". Today once we had made up our minds exactly what we wanted she made sure it was ordered and would be on its way to PPHD within a few minutes of telling her what we wanted.
All in all PPHD is one of the better Harley dealerships out there whose people make you WANT TO come back and if nothing else "window shop" without making you feel uncomfortable doing so.

I am in the middle of my sixth purchase from this dealership. What I can tell you is that Frank in sales has done a great job during this purchase and has had a no BS approach in this sale and has put no pressure on me as this deal will take approximately a week. Over the last 10 years I've done business with Cedric in parts in from time to time I've had to get parts from other people when he is on his day off. Cedric by far knows more about parts than any person in any industry I've seen. It is my true opinion that without Cedric Pikes Peak hard Davidson would suffer in the parts department. Sales has always been good to me. I would recommend both of these departments in this dealership. Not this time but I have had problems in apparel and accessories before and as far as service, they have a very good staff. I guess in all I would still give this dealership a 5 star rating because doing business is important and doing it right is what really counts and they have never really done me wrong so I would make your next purchase from Pikes Peak Harley Davidson.

PPHD has the most professional, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and ENTHUSIASTIC team of people to help this first-timer figure out which bike fit him personally, and then to figure out how to afford it! It all worked out, and I wasn't even serious about a bike when I walked into the store. I felt like I was being welcomed into a tribe, not pressured by a dealership. Looking forward to years of tribal mojo. Special kudos to Wolf and CJ!

Great deals in HD, customer service was great and very helpful. Must have been a good day because the time I was there they sold over 9 bikes to include mine that I brought. Can't wait to take it out on the road and start enjoying the ride. All the bells and whistles on this one to include the pipes they already installed and sounds great.

After relocating to Colorado Springs from Southern California I brought my newly acquired '17 Street Glide in because I needed it to learn to breath at the altitude here. Spoke with Tyler in service and was advised that the tuner that came with the bike would not allow the tech's the ability to tune in the band's needed. He also suggested a Vance & Hines header and X pipe to keep the bike cooler this eliminating the need to dyno the bike 2 times.

I couldn't be happier with the new modifications.

My only gripe and the reason for the 4 star rating is that when on a subsequent visit to buy some small items I was informed that the rewards program offered did not reflect my substantial parts purchase. I was also informed that I would not be able to have the parts purchase credited to my PPHD Rewards account. "Your service advisor should have told you." Was the answer the retail sales girl gave. I get that labor is not included. But with a bill well over $2000.00, new tuner, and the Vance & Hines pipes you would think they would want to keep a paying customer happy and coming back. Dot your i's and cross your t's so this doesn't happen to you. Buyer beware. Ask questions.

All in all a great dealership I plan on being a long time customer

Update:
Without even contacting me, the points were credited to my account. THANKS so much Phil and all of you at PPHD!!

A FULL 5 STARS NOW!!!!!

Sold me a used Sportster, less than 4k miles. Still in break-in period, treated as such, and motor still seized up. $4,000 repair bill. Would not recommend buying used as they will not repair it even when it is a factory defect and they only want to rope you in for a trade.

I would recommend Pikes peak Harley Davidson to everyone!!

We purchased a 2018 Road King, May 2018. That November, we learned of a recall on the bike. When we went to the dealership, we were told NOT to ride until the repair was done and that Corporate would send notice to us, once we received notice we should contact the dealership to have repairs made. January 2019 we visited the dealership again and asked about the recall as we had NOT received any kind of notice. By that time they had started a list for the recall. We were put on the END of 2 pages, when we were one of the first people to tell Pikes Peak Harley about the recall in the first place. 5 months later, there are still 18 people AHEAD of us. We were never notified of any recall by either HD Corporate or by Pikes Peak Harley. We have owned the bike 10 months, only able to ride 5 of them and it'll be another 4 months before this dealership gets to us. Piss poor management. Piss poor customer service. Deplorable service department. Pikes Peak Harley blames Corporate, and Corporate says they have nothing to do with the dealership service - at least that's what we were told when we called. My advice? Go elsewhere- Denver or Pueblo are much more accommodating. Any other dealership I've used would've taken care of us months ago. BTW, it's an hour tops to fix this recall.

Motorcycles are beautiful, but over priced. Accessories prices are high as well. The staff; not that impressed. They seem to be catering to older generation as opposed to engaging with all crowds.

I got the bike I wanted, a Harley Forty Eight. It's MSRP was $10,749, they charged over $16,000 for it, to include less than $2,000 of accessories. I kept asking about the price and they kept saying they'd fix it, all up until it was said and done, then they conveniently forgot. Shame on me right? After I got the bike home, several of the parts actually fell off the bike entirely, like the fork lock and the rear fender...

I have another motorcycle through them as well, 2012 Nightrod. It needed to go in for repairs, and they took well over 5 months to get it done, with poor communication, adding on extra fees without consulting me.

Every time they work on your bike, they will keep the stock parts they replaced, and will not turn them over even if you demand them back, like the exhaust, pipes, cams, etc.

There are some good people who work there, but the facility as a whole will rip you off and deliver horrible service. Go down to Pueblo... or ride a Triumph, Indian, or something else. Some Harleys are awesome, but no bike is worth the crap this place gives you.

Lower level staff is ok, management sucks. Let me give you some examples. Got gifted a belt from a store in Florida. Pikes peak said they won't exchange it, even though had a $200 gift card to spend. Called Outpost and they said of course they'll exchange it. Tried to buy a bike from there and got denied. Said they couldn't verify my Military Disability money, wife is active duty and a cosigner. Called Outpost and they said it's too easy, left 2 hours later with a bike. Got an oil change and they sprayed the bike down with water and ruined my garage door opener, I had to pay to replace it myself. Also, had to get a new tire because somehow walking it to the service section caused it to go flat. Wasn't flat at initial inspection. They just suck. Ask around, it's not unknown. I live one exit North of them and I'll drive to Denver or Pueblo instead of going there.

The staff here is real friendly, and informative. The maintenance guys are great, they work quick, get the job done right and keep your bike in great condition. The dealership has events going on all the time, and not just poker runs but BBQs, fundraisers, customer appreciation nights. All kinds of stuff. Also when i first bought my bike they had a new customer event where they took us all around the dealership to the different sections, including the garage where we could see the amount of work that goes in to maintaining, fixing, and modifying Harleys.

UDPATE: I received a call from the service manager, Joe informing me that he wanted to make things right and agreed that they indeed only did a visual inspection when it was clearly stated that I wanted a major mechanical inspection. Joe has agreed to refund my money for the inspection and was very helpful and understanding. Joe also addressed the issue with the sales person with me and assured me that nobody would be allowed to take a bike without a motorcycle endorsement. While this is good to know, the fact is that the sales team is the face of the business and what they say and do reflect on Harley as a whole. I commend Joe for taking the time to right this wrong and have changed my review based on this.

Pikes Peak Harley really needs a wake up call from corporate!

My first experience with Pikes Peak Harley was a rather shocking one. I had simply called in to ask about a bike. I was shopping around and had not yet obtained my motorcycle endorsement. When I told the sales rep this information, he proceeded to tell my that I did not need a motorcycle license to buy or ride a bike, just don't get caught. How was I going to test ride this bike? I had never ridden a street bike and he was fine with just letting me pull out of there with a brand new bike, no riding experiences and no license!!!!

My second experience with them was after I had obtained my endorsement and a bike. I took the bike in to have it checked out due to the fact that the bike had always been serviced there and they had all prior records. Plus I needed to get it in that day as part of the sale agreement to have it checked over for any major mechanical issues.

Long story short, the bike is now back at a different shop being worked on due to an issue that Harley was aware of in the past (on prior service records) that they couldn't figure out how to fix. They charged me $100 for a inspection that was suppose to look for major mechanical (it's even on the service record). When I confronted the service department they told me that it was a "visual inspection". Very frustrating!

When the dealership tells a 60 yr old woman they cant help her for a week. So this young man spent the day trying to help her on his own time. Both were on vacation and service said they had to many bikes in shop. Come to find out all were local bikes. Glad Worth and Outlaw in KC treat the travelers better than this.

Great dealership! Recently traded up and CJ, Ron, and Bart were extremely helpful and got a me a hell of a deal! Great dudes! If you're in the market for a new or used Harley Davidson then this is the dealership for you. The new sales Manager ( I forget his name, sorry) has made it so you no longer have to go up North to Denver to get the deal on the bike you're looking for. GREAT STAFF, GREAT BIKES, GREAT DEALERSHIP!

I needed a part. There was one parts clerk helping one lady. They would find a part number, record it and the clerk would go get the part. He would come back and they would do it again. She even paid for her parts and then started over. The clerk avoided eye contact with the growing line of disgruntled customers. I asked another clerk for help but she was not in the parts business. My friend finally found another parts clerk after 15 minutes of waiting. Big Store, big inventory, poor service. Avoid this one if you are on a road trip or in hurry

We recently purchased a motorcycle from Pikes Peak Harley Davidson, and we couldn't be happier. Our salesperson Kelly made the entire process very easy and was so friendly and professional. She knew the answers to all of our questions and made our first purchase from a dealership a very memorable one! A week later, I noticed that my bike didn't have a battery tender plug, and the service department made sure to take care of that for me in less than 10 minutes! Great customer service!

After numerous years and attempts of buying a Bike the guys at Pikes Peak were way more than helpful. Bear showed me an 02 heritage which I loved, then I got to deal with Skip and let me tell you he worked his magic and got me on a brand new heritage softail for the same money down with warranty. These guys will really go the extra mile for a customer. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used Harley check these guys out and give them a shot in my opinion they won t disappoint. Thanks again guys from One very happy customer.

Great place to do business. I had probably looked at four or five other dealerships for about an hour. Not long after I started looking at Pikes Peak Harley Davidson I was contacted but the internet sales manager. This was later in the evening on a Sunday night. Dave Wellen went out of his way to help me and by Tuesday afternoon I was the proud owner of a Hailey Davidson.

I didn't want you to purchase a bike today. I've been looking for the last 4 months through private owners other Harley dealerships like Pueblo and Denver. But this Harley here at Pikes Peak we're over the top service-oriented and just a pleasure to do business with. I truly would recommend before buying anything anywhere private or not come in and take a look at this place. The sales team the finance team the parts department the mechanics all just a Class Act

Overall, very unimpressed with Pike Peak Harley Davidson. Customer Service was mixed:

Bad:
- Had a young woman in Service, who apparently dresses in front of a circus mirror, state: "I can't leave my desk unless someone else is up here with me so I can't help you..." All the while treating my wife and I as if we were interrupting her vice asking questions about our recent $35,000 worth of purchases.
- Jason, the finance fella we worked with, while nice, was woefully under informed regarding the OSMS program. He wasted about three hours of my time by incorrectly filling out DMV paperwork. When I returned to the dealership he argued as to the accuracy of the directions for filling out MSO paperwork I received from the DMV. Additionally, he didn't really seem all that interested in the "sale" as if I was interfering with his actual job.

Positive:
- Kevin from Sales was exceptionally pleasant. He approached me several times to see how I was doing and if I needed any help. Also the fellas at the Parts counter were very pleasant.

In the end I was a little disheartened with the state of PPHD. Having worked there 14 years ago I seem to remember a bit more focus on customer satisfaction than was evident in my most recent trip. The young gals working at the shop, while certainly effective eye candy, seem to be more interested in representing some weird image of "Harley" than actually providing a service to their customers. Also, if you don't have tattoos or some ridiculous leather "cut" when you walk in the door you probably won't receive any substantial help from any party. I think PPHD has fallen victim to a lack of competition. If there was another Harley Dealer in town who could put even a modest amount of focus on customer service, I doubt PPHD would survive a year.

I don't think I am going to return here ever again, and that makes me mildly sad. Hopefully this was just a singular experience but having gone back in three times this week and receiving the same level of help each time, I doubt it.
