The front desk and accounting of this clinic is one of the worse I have seen. It does not correspond to the doctors of the same. They will not process the insurance claims correctly and charge you for the full services even though you have an active insurance. On top of that they will charge you a ridiculous fee of $5.00 fee even though the bill is paid in full. Paper fee every month. The doctors of Piedmont Pediatrics are burning their name and reputation because of their accounting and front desk. Do not recommend at all!
