Picture Perfect Installations Review

Totally incompetent company which deserves to be blacklisted. They don't arrive and they don't let you know. They have no clue what they are doing.

These people do not even deserve 1 star , absolutely pathetic customer service, disorganized, lying INCOMPETENT and cheap WORKMANSHIP!! I do not know how this company is still operating with such rude staff members that have been put in the position of MANAGEMENT and have no clue how to run this business

We are very proud to be working with PPI on our solar PV installations in the commercial and industrial space. The PPI team is very professional and their work output on site is of a very high standard.

Got told to get home to make an appointment they were going to pitch up for only for them not to. I call at the time of the appointment to check the POA and get told someone will get hold of me. Needless to say no one has gotten back to me over an hour and now they closed. Your communication and service is terrible. Now I am waiting around and have no idea of when they plan on coming through. What an inconvenience!!

The "great" reviews received are clearly people who work for the company or are bribed. The one review is literally the guy who answers the incoming calls. True caller doesn't lie.

Incomplete installation and have been given the run around ever since
It is clearly deliberate by staff - promising call backs and redirecting calls with no pick up, ever picking up calls and dropping them

Mostly knowledgeable techs in the business with great same day service.

So incompetent. They leave you with no clue after not not completing the installation. I am so not happy with them i wish Vumatel can have other sub-contractors that values our time. Ran out of patience with these guys. In all my 3 fibre installation I had the worst experience

Looking for same day service!! Look no further, excellent service and great workmanship. Very clean and neat.

Lerato confirmed a 14h30 appointment for installation today 04 April.. this after waiting 9 days for internet via Home Connect and Vuma. I stressed the urgency with all parties involved and still no assistance. Left messages for Lerato to call me with no response.. Where do I go from here. Help.

I am forced to deal with this incompetent unprofessional company. Vumatel needs to take a look at the reviews and see the numerous complaints before forcing them onto unsuspecting consumers. They came to do a fibre installation and have not finished the job. The staff are rude and full of excuses. I have had fibre for 4years with no issues until I moved premises and forced to deal with them.
