Pick 'n Pay Head Office, Kensington Review

ER Mall. Every trolly's wheels are in a terrible condition. It's pathetic. No Halls Fruit Explosion either, no packets of tomatoes. For 6 months no Kellogs Special K. I am seriously considering moving my purchases to Spar or Checkers. Very disappointed in PnP. I have shopped at ER Mall for 20 years and it's now going downhill fast.

Just came from Pick n Pay, Mall of the South, what a nightmare, when you go to the tellers, it is a Covid nightmare. All the their tellers are right next to each other at one end only. As you stand in the line, it goes down the aisle on both sides, you can keep your distance, but not when customers are trying to shop in that aisle, and you cannot go around at the top near the tills, this is forcing the customers to come into close contact while standing in the lines. Please take this seriously, this pandemic is not a joke. I definitely will not be shopping there again.

We bought a laptop on the 7/03/2020 we experience problems from the beginning and we returned the laptop same day but the salesman claimed he fixed it while his hired to sell not to be a technician,he sent us home with the laptop and still same problem occured,we kept on going back and forth to same store and he refused to refund untill the 7 th day was up than later he suggested that the laptop be sent for repairs and we were told it will take 21 days to effect repairs later we were informed that we have to pay for repairs which we did on9/12/2020 , follow up on repairs resulted numerous excuses with Kuben why repairs are not completed ,according to pick n pay policy if customers are not satisfied they are entitled to refund we were not given a refund we were forced by Veeran to continue to wait for a repair for 2 momths follow up with sales man proved unsuccessful and we were referred to Kuben which he was forgetfull with our follow up he managed to finally returned the laptop after we contacted head office which proves futile as well ,poor customer service by all employees of Pick n pay ,customer service training is urgently required by all employees

To all public clients, just want to let you know what bad experience i had at pick and pay clothing today. I bought 5 pants at Karaglen pick and pay clothing. I did not fit any of them on. I went home to find that 3 didn't fit. Is drove all the way back to exchange fit another size. But they refused that i fit on the pants. So I asked them if this means i must go all the way home again my time and my patrol and what if it doesn't fit again. Then I must go back there for the 3rd time. And the manager basically said to me yes. I then asked her if she is going to give me petrol money she say no. So how is this for customer care.

Pnp constantly updated us on the status of the order and staff were so polite indeed. So overwhelming to receive such excellent service from your Stanger branch during this very diffult time indeed. Today, I was forced to take off my work apron before entering the store by the security officer at the door(Pick n Pay Menlyn). I honestly didn't know that wearing an apron as customer is prohibited in Pick n Pay. I'm not against this rule but I think logically it makes sense if you guys put a sign at the door to warn us before we get involve in unnecessary arguments. I felt attacked and profiled today. It was embarrassing to take off my apron in front people. I don't blame the security lady, I just don't get this rule because I have seen more customers getting in with their bags.
