I’m writing this review with a bit of a heartbreak because despite two flawless orders from Picframes, the rating system is unforgiving. Both times, the frames were spot-on in size, beautifully finished, and arrived right on schedule with excellent packaging. Since every single order has been perfect, I have nothing negative to report, but I’m stuck with a 1.0 out of 5.0.
