They say you're covered, but every time i go to the doctor with an injury i get extra billed.
$200 here for for the X-Rays,
$300 there for ' i don't know ' . Don't believe ER costs only $75. They will bill you more afterwards.
- No fertility diagnostics are covered - not even the diagnostics.

I'd call them: Patients Minus

i've never had a worse health care plan in my life. Apathetic, non-responsive employees from the customer support staff to the nurses and doctors and clinics. These people are scammers.

I have been a member of Physicians Plus for over 12 years. I have found their customer service representatives to be knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Every question I ask is answered or I get a call back with the answer. I appreciate the health incentive programs too. Every representative that I have met, whether in-person or over the phone has been a pleasure to work with.

If you are out of network, don't even bother using the PPO plan. Everyone seems very incompetent in customer support, they are SUPPOSED to help not make life harder. Overall, not fun.

This insurance is very poor. Is a local service and with very limited options.
