Photo Hendriks Review

Not impressed the ordering form for the Kindy/pre primary photos is misleading, it states you get 2 poses and shows pose 2 as a child sitting at a desk with pencils and an apple etc, however, this is not what I got, the poses are both the same and no, so just duplicated photos of pose 1, I didn't need all the pics but thought a 2nd pose would be nice, now 1 just have 9 of the same photo, i would have been cheaper ordering another pack

Less than impressed. Absolute rip off and poor organisation by looks of photos.

$21 for a single photo... that isn't even that good... no thanks...

$20 fee/ delivery for 1 sheet of photos! What a disgrace.

Why is it that I have to pay two individual postages and handling totaling $25 to order a few photo's of my son. Your website is seriously flawed.
The shcool gallery photo section with speciality school group photos should be able to be incorporated into your already exsisting cart with regular school photo. Instead you make your clients order through two seperate carts and pay two postage and handling charges. Disgraceful!

Couldn't order my child's photo's on the school run of photo's so I didn't want to miss the opportunity to order them and went online to do a late order to find for 10 photo's on 1 piece of paper was $26 which was fine. But $20 for postage and handling put me off from purchasing. I called photohendriks and the lady I spoke to tried to justify the handling and postage fee and had no interest in trying to gain my business. Seriously to send the photo's through a photo copy machine from a computer and sending them shouldn't cost an additional $20.

Just recently looked at my children's school photos as we were away over summer and only just opened them now. We are so impressed with the customer service provided by Photo Hendriks as well as the quality of the photos themselves. Thanks Photo Hendriks!

$20 fee for postage is simple profiteering. Will not allow orders to be picked up. Currently lodging enquiries with Dept of Commerce and ACCC.

No way of collecting pictures either. Only buying these as they were our 1st year. Will not be purchasing them off of Photo Hendricks again. Appauling customer service. No way of collecting so they can justify a 20 dollar handling fee. The previous reviews speak volumes.

Terrible service, low quality pictures, charging excessive amounts for single photos

$20 postage with no pickup. Terrible quality photos. $21 for a digital copy of a single photo. Even more reasons not to contract this company. Avoid at all costs, don't believe their lies.

Daniela was more then helpfull with ordering my childs school photos and walking me through the process of order online. Took the time to answer and questions i had and a all round lovely lady to deal with.

Called to enquire about the $20 postage and handling fee for school photos. Lady on phone was pleasant and explained that there was a problem with the packaging and the school which caused the high fee. I asked if I could pick up the photos instead of having them delivered but was told there would still be a $20 fee on top of the $57 for the photos.
Some feedback to Photo Hensriks: A $20 postage and handling fee is ridiculous for some photos and I wont be purchasing. $5 should be the standard amount. Please take note of the feedback reviews.
