This store is very difficult to find. They need a big sign outside.

Good quick repairs. Very nice and very honest. I take our whole family's phones here which saves time and money.

This is the BEST place around to get your electronics fixed. The staff is really nice and knowledgeable. I've read some of the bad reviews and they have left me scratching my head. These guys are honest and very efficient. If they don't have the part they will do the best they can to get everything done right for you. I've never felt that I had been steered wrong and everyone I know who has gone to them is a repeat customer. Thank you, Phone Repair Plus!

Excellent prices and excellent service. I cant recommend this place enough. If you want to get the full life out of your phone without shelling out outrageous amounts of money your phone breaks, come here.

Had a cracked screen badly and he fixed it in 20 minutes beautifully! Decent priced too. Will go back (hope not too haha) but def recommend.

I have been coming here for years for a reason: they have continued to earn loyalty by communicating well, pricing fairly, and doing great work each and every time. I am lethal on phones and these folks have done six for me in the last 4 years. As you get to know them their passion for what they do becomes eviden. as they are waiting on you they instantly access parts pricing and availability online and in the shop. Their knowing where to go to look for them while they wait on you is invaluable in getting a quick estimate. And no sketchy wondering if you will get your phone back. Before you leave you are handed a computer generated ticket with your info describing your phone and work to be done right on it. These guys make the stress of potentially losing valuable data disappear. they are rock solid and know their stuff

Went in for a iPhone repair (phone wasn t charging properly). To replace the charge port, it would ve cost about $100. However, after asking me some questions and looking at the phone itself, the staff member said, you probably don t need a new charge port. The inside of the port just had to be cleaned. It ll only be 15 bucks.

**ANY** other store would charge me the $100 to replace the port without thinking twice to make more money off of me. These guys actually diagnosed the problem correctly and used a more-cost effective solution without me even asking them to. I appreciate that kind of honesty.

The staff member used tools to clean out the inside of the charge port and handled my phone with care. When he was done, my phone was charging perfectly and the problem was solved. He even explained how the problem could have happened in the first place and why it happens.

If your phone is damaged , I highly recommend taking it to Phone Repair Plus in Folsom, PA before replacing your phone with a new one (or going to someone else that would price-gouge you for repairs). Highly recommended!

Having heard many positive reviews about Phone Repair Plus, I contacted them when my phone's screen got cracked after falling off car's roof! The nice man who answered the phone was very polite and helpful. So helpful in fact, that his advice saved me a lot of money, while his business won't be making a cent off of my repairs. (Insurance coverage) I was very impressed with how honest and professional he was. Could have sold me the job, and I'd have been none the wiser. Good Business Man! I will 100% be recommending this business to others!

I was referred to this facility by Verizon CSR in Glenolden (also very helpful) to help with getting photos off my phone from the cloud. They were EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgeable and friendly!
