I used Phoenix towing service for the first time this morning and they were amazing! Every step of the way from calling to get a quote to ensuring I could even track the service from beginning to end. Ray was excellent as well, super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this towing service to all my friends and family and if I ever need these services again they would be my first call! Thank you so much!!

I just want to commend the young man who was persistent and knowledgeable in towing a locked car with a broken axal. He worked diligently in a difficult situation as the car kept trying to roll off the truck bed. A bystander came around twice to swear and tried to pick a fight with your worker. The experience was the best he told me a ETA. Over the phone William giving me a quote was super nice and very helpful. Very professional got the job done quickly and had the right tools to do it. Extremely overall happy with the Services.

Rude doesn't even begin to describe the owner of this company. Do yourself a favour and please read all the other 1 star reviews. He is extremely hostile.

Scheduled for vehicle to be towed at 5 pm. Was told they would be over no later than 11 pm. At 9 pm I get a call saying they can't make it, and get told to call the next day to schedule again. Called the next day and had the misfortune of getting the owner again. Told him I had a towing scheduled and was told to call again to reschedule since they couldn't make it. They don't seem to be very organized since the owner got confused why the other guy told me that. Was all downhill from there (again). The owner just continued to get increasingly unhinged. I ended up having to hang up because he was practically yelling at me at that point.

I'd like to point out that every employee I talked to was extremely pleasant and respectful.

I am sure the owner will now come and have a temper tantrum and try to twist the story. Like he has done with every other 1 star review. Dan, if you smell sh*t everywhere you go, maybe look under your shoe.

Very fair pricing. Excellent communication - LOVE the text app and information it provides. Female I spoke with over the phone was very friendly. Arrived sooner than estimated. Paul the Driver very nice, accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend

Guys are a breath of fresh air! Within 20 minutes of calling, late at night, they showed up and Save the Day! I will not use anyone else from now on! Fantastic folks! I highly recommend!

Completely rude when I called asking for information about having a car towed that is in a no parking zone. Maybe it was just too early for him and he hadn't had his 8 cups of coffee and his 5 cigarettes within the hour he started his shift today. Just rude. There wasn't any need for it. Not good for your business, dude! UPDATE: now that I'm seeing his reply to my review 3 years later... ALL LIES! Just saying. The guy was rude from the moment I called and, again, it wasn't necessary. Creep. Just go check out this business' other reviews on the other 2 pages they have. They all state they spoke to a rude man!!
