Came for a 1200 appointment,no service in loading my truck.1 loader for the entire dock!!!

The people here are very knowledgeable and the customer service was great

***WARNING***
Be very careful when doing business with this company. They offer a 10 year warranty on their coolers from rusting out and will not honor it! We purchased three coolers and all three have completely rotted all the way through the metal where you can actually see through it. I sent them photos showing them all the holes in their coolers and the warranty manager refused to call me as promised and failed to reply to my messages. What s really pathetic is that we spent $2500 on their inferior products and they won t even stand by their coolers by sending a $60 replacement part. Don t say I didn t warn you if you decide to buy any of their products!!!

Electric motors failed. Three units installed 4/19 and used 3 months in 2019. Tried to turn on yesterday and two out of three motors failed. Technician from Donley AC says new motors needed. Warranty expired less than one month ago but no consideration.

The Pro-stat thermostat failed after 2 yrs
Shutting down my cooler in heat wave, not under warranty costing $210.00 .
The thermostat is proprietary only available from an authorized dealer and no other thermostat will work on this model EBP-115 Phoenix manufactured cooler.
Proving unreliable and very high cost of ownership. Wish I had gone with a standard cooler from home depot instead
