Caught a worker for them driving one of their Harbor utility trucks throwing litter out the window in my city in Suisun City. What lack of respect. Is this representative of their company?

This business and it's workers are sloppy. They also leave there work trucks parked illegally on my Street overnight with concrete and dirt loaded.

They are jackhammering the street in a densely residential area of SF at 7:30 AM on a Saturday. Bad scheduling for public perception. We live in the air-conditioned city: you can do jackhammering at any other time of day without risk to your crew.

Blocked the street making an illegal 3 point turn which caused me to get in an accident

One of their worker driving their white color utility truck CA Plate 93022U2, made an unsafe lane change and failed to signal on 280 > 19th Avenue in San Francisco, nearly cost a major accident! This occured a moment ago at about 1pm. Appeared he was on the phone!! Unsafe driver!!
