The accounting staff (Annie??) in Phoenix is obnoxious, condescending and rude! She wouldn't even let me finish a sentence and keeps talking over me when all I was trying to do was find out the service date and PAY the bill. OMG! I just want to pay what I owe so I don't ever have to deal with them. Not going back!
