Not impressed with this bat company. I've used other wood bats, and they lasted for multiple seasons. This bat was more expensive $110, and lasted only a few games. Seth from customer service had me send pictures of the bat, but then just looked at the markings and said it must have been from the mark on the end of the bat. Return policy is too short - 10 days. You need at least a 90 day policy. Go with Mariucci instead.

If I could give this place a "0" I would. I bought a bat as a Christmas gift for my 10 year old son and after 6-7 weeks of use(just being 2 days/week for maybe an hour each use) the bat has broken and the company is not honoring any sort of warranty. They even have the nerve to push me buying another bat from them. These bats LOOK great but are not made to last. I wouldn't waste my money or time. They also blocked my email after a few back and forths where their customer service was AWFUL. Basically they are an I am right you are wrong kind of company. I just do not feel after such little use a bat should break this quickly for a 10 year old only practicing batting.
After looking at other reviews on here, looks to me like this place is a great place to do a tour at but NOT TO BUY A BAT FROM!

This is a great place to come for baseball bats. The best part is the tour of the bat factory where you get to watch them turn and finish the bats. During the tour, our guide Rick, filled us with so much history and technology about the Phoenix Bats. He also filled the air with an unbelievable amount of baseball history and trivia. This is a great Father/Son, Family or Guys trip.

These guys not only make a fantastic bat, but they also stand behind them. We had an Ash bat break pretty soon after we got it, and they replaced it and let us upgrade to a harder wood. This is small business in America...buy your wood bats from them!!

I bought the "Mule" in1996 when Phoenix was still a fledgling company that catered more to the vintage baseball crowd. In fact, I had the pleasure of playing against Lefty and the rest of the Ohio Historical Society team many times as a member of the Lorain County Buckeyes. My Mule is still going strong and I plan to take it with me to the Cleveland Indians fantasy camp in January. You can't go wrong with a Phoenix bat and they are top notch in customer service.

ordered a single mini bat for our team manager, who loved it! We were able to easily include our team logo, which was a huge plus. Staff was very helpful and responsive to my inquiries and they got it out the door quickly.

I bought a bat for my husband for Christmas. The survey feature that helps one narrow down the perfect bat was a great help. Even with that, my husband called the company and talked with a really knowledgeable customer service rep who answered all of his questions. Once ordered, I received regular updates when the bat was made, shipped and when it would arrive. This company was amazing with which to work!

I've bought bats from this company for the last few years. Customer service has always been great! The bats are normally great also, I have had a couple bats that didn't seem to have the jump as the rest but, The ball seems to jump a little bit better off of these, than off of other bats I've had. For the guy complaining about breaking the bat, it's a wood bat....if you hit the ball on the end or by your hands it breaks......I have broken bats almost every year that I played with wood, never thought it was the craftmenship of the bat, just a bad swing or a great pitch. I recommend these bats all the time.

Small and personal, and that is alright. After touring another larger bat manufacture this tour was small but you get to see all aspects from design to final packaging. The people made the tour, being able to talk to the people who weight and label the billets of wood when they come in and package the finish bats that go out was great. Fantastic tour, Fantastic people, I would love to work there very cool.

The crew at Phoenix Bats just knows how to treat you. They're knowledgeable about the game and constantly think out of the box on just how you can improve as a player. In my opinion, there's no better place to get a bat!
