GREAT prices especially when using the coupons. Was notified of shipping just a few days after ordering product.

I work for an optical shop in Maine that does a small percentage of orders for safety glasses. Phillips had exactly what our patient was looking for and the customer service was fantastic.

Right after I placed an order for glasses I found another one I wanted more. There was no way to return it through the website and it was about 12am so I had to wait until the next day to request a return. But when I called in the morning around 9 customer service told me my order had already been pick up. I thought that it was too soon to be completely processed but accepted that it was still possible. It is very difficult to return the product. I had to hang up and call again at least 3 times before speaking to an actual person. The representative was nice but gave very little information. She said I would receive a return label through email I didn't so I had to call again, hang up and call again. Once I received the "return label" it doesn't indicate I'll be reimbursed for shipping it back so I call again only to be told they do not do return labels but the document I received is to be shipped with the product. I am very unsatisfied with the service I received.

After I went back to the website and read the return policy. Though the return policy on the website is clear the customer service was not.

I will keep the product because in shipping it back I would lose money. But again I am very unsatisfied.

Ordered lenses for my welding shield. Received quickly and lenses were of good quality. Thanks.

Awesome glasses ... got everything right ... except who the heck decided where toset the segment height for the reading adjustment?!? The otherwise PERFECT glasses, are relatively useless as my chin has to be pointing to the heavens to focus on anything close with the progressive bifocals. Needless to say not appropriate for safety glasses!

Customer Service was of no service and only "hid" behind their company policies ... and I evidently even spoke to a supervisor. Their only offer was for me to pay for a remake. When I asked what I could have done differently - or even how to make sure things were done right a second time - they were everything but convincing.

Left a horrible impression in what was otherwise an awesome product. Can NOT recommend esp if you need any reading prescription in your lenses!

I have used Phillips for my eye protection for over 20 years. Can't beat them.

I own 2 pairs of Phillips Safety glass that I use for lampworking. When I was shopping for my second pair I had a lot of questions and the chat feature on the Phillips website was an efficient and effective way to communicate with customer service and get detailed answers to my questions. I will definetely continue buying from Phillips.

Horrible company. Ordered side shields on a sunday, paid $25 for 2nd day delivery and they didn't ship the product till Tuesdays. Never buy from again!

Do not deal with these people. Dawn from customer service is incompetent and rude. Poor craftmanship and worst customer service ever. No refunds and very hard to to get your money back, i had to get my Credit card agency involved to resolve the matter.

GET YOUR GLASSES ELSWHERE!!! NOT WORTH IT

Poorly made lenses that had the wrong focal location. This company will not provide a refund for their shoddy workmanship. They will attempt to re- make the lenses, but how can you trust a company that states a policy of not allowing refunds. Avoid this company unless you don t mind being disappointed and disrespected by their customer service department. CS hung up on me after I registered my complaint.

ZERO STARS FOR THEIR ZERO AND LOUSY EFFORT. Placed order for safety glasses. Submitted prescription. Sent email: FOR NO BI FOCAL. After shipping, glasses cost $173.58. Called immediately after ordering during hours to verify prescription, no answer, left message. I received ZERO email replies and ZERO phone calls. Called again but ZERO answers. Received glasses. One lens is bifocal. Get this: the other lens is entirely made of the magnifying part of the bifocal lens from top to bottom. ZERO Quality Control / Quality Assurance! Incomprehensible, especially for a safety Personal Protective Equipment outfitter! Sent them back, paid shipping. I contacted them, finally they want $45 for each lens correction, for their overSIGHT. Declined. Was told they would refund me $20 dollars for the frame alone. Next stop: Better Business Bureau and other public review sites.

Purchased a few safety glasses from them over the years. Great service! Great product! They promptly respond and take care of their customers in urgent situations like I experienced when my everyday prescription safety glasses broke and needed repair, which was far less costly than ordering a brand new pair.

Placed my order a month ago, and no communication at all. Can t reach anyone, don t bother placing your order with this company.

There is no reason for product to take this long. Go with a local business and stay away from these guys.

I have had no problems with my orders and the safety glasses that I got fit great. Good service and fast delivery.

Prescription glasses were made incorrectly due to inconsistencies with their online form. They refuse to fix it without charging additional $. Poor customer service and product.

Very hard to take your money back.! please note this company is not related to Phillips famous brand, this is a scam company.! I have placed an order by mistake , canceled the order, and 2 days later and nothing!! they are just hard to refund even via paypal..! unbelievable..!!

Waited the lens 17 days, they never processed my order. I called to follow up and they were really rude. Just go to your local eyeglasses shop and do things the right way.

Have used their service repeatedly over the years purchasing safety glasses both bifocals and singles. Frame 100 made of stainless steel does not corrode and is a strong aviator style. New types of lens materials are added and replacement side shields are available as well. Their Web Page is easy to follow offering you options WITH informative descriptions on what the options available are. I never requested fast service from them as I always have an extra pair available. Questions are answered promptly on-line.

Answered all questions, very professional, 100 bucks cheaper than anywhere.
Received with in 3 days , they fit great and the lenses were perfect to my submitted numbers.
