I was the unfortunate victim of a car accident where I was rear-ended by a commercial tow truck carrier in 2008. I suffered significant shoulder injuries and required multiple surgeries and rehab. Like most folks, there was not enough medical coverage in my auto insurance policy to cover all the x-rays, scans, surgery, rehab and treatment necessary for me to get healthy again while caring for 2 young children. I needed solid legal representation to gain financial relief and peace-of-mind from the insurance company of the responsible commercial truck driver.
