There we are again! Those people with that Sarista, you know, those from the bean grinder. It is broken again. The 3rd time in just under 5 years. And another drama to get in touch with you. I am now able to throw the device through the window ?!
An employee said during the last repair, 10 months ago, that the Sarista was taken off the market by you. Why? Because of the bean grinder. Because it breaks, every time, also with us.
When we bought this device we did not expect that our 400 euros would be thrown away so quickly. I always hope to do with a product for more than a year, or 2 or 5 years. You can expect this from a brand like Philips, right?
You say you have repaired it 2x under courtesy. Out of courtesy? An inadequate product that was quickly removed from the market because the product is not good. I think you should offer a good product out of leniency.
As a compensation you now offer a 30% discount voucher or about 150 repair costs !! For a product that has been taken off the market, which does not work, which is a wrong development. Wouldn't it be a waste of money again?
I am sad that this product lasts so short and the service is poor. You made a mistake, had it properly resolved and recalled all Saristas. Also costs money, but now it costs your customers!
