What arrogant people.

What arrogant people.
We find it perfectly normal that a 4k television breaks down after 2 years and 4 months.
Out of warranty so checkout, transfer to CE repairs and tick.
In view of the reviews, there are numerous problems with their products and their service. It is time for us to map board members and members of the Executive Board. To make visible those people with names and addresses and get their own story instead of getting stuck on customer service.
So who participates in the search or does anyone have access to the Chamber of Commerce register? Let's tackle these dogs

Bottom level customer support! Not worthy products in past 5 years, even the most expensive models! Don't waste your money and spend time to get proper service - just sent to the trashcan and forget Philips!

Don't buy anything at the Philips store! I ordered an adapter for my shaver 3 weeks ago, but I still have not received the adapter, while there was a delivery time of 1-2 working days. Despite all kinds of promises, I am not called or e-mailed. I get nothing to hear and I have to call after it every time. In the meantime I would get my money back, but that still hasn't happened. Really outrageous service!

Not best service. Espresso machine of 600 breaks after 2 years and 3 months and because I am out of warranty for a few months, they don't want to do anything for me. Taking the machine apart myself, it turned out that the spout was full of rubbish. Well used the cleaning tablets every so many weeks.

Never again buy Philips prefer Samsung that my father-in-law's curved model has been working for 5 years now without problems, mine 55PUS6501 / 12 within 3 years the screen broke. You can't get any service from Philips at all. It has now also become Chinese junk apparently, I am now going to buy a Samsung prefer EU 200 more for a device that is not made in China! And if you also have it made in China, make sure that all parts are of High quality. Philips I think you are destroying yourself completely, it is no longer what it once was .... good luck with your brand.

Recently bought a very handy body groomer and steam cleaner from Philips. High-quality, handy and in addition, both work fast and adequately. Unexpectedly, a steam cleaner (in connection with an iron) reduces the duration of ironing by at least 50%. Pure class - keep it up!

NEVER NEVER buy a Philips product !!! I bought a TV from Philips 2 years ago, within 2 months I noticed defects with it so I contacted Philips to report that this was not normal and I had never had this with televisions before but she brushed me off with a USB stick with the latest update on it. Now 1 month after the warranty is over, the television is broken. I had it checked by a repairman who reports that a lot is broken and that this is a common problem at Philips and the repair costs will be too high. Now I also bought a soundbar from Philips 2 months ago for above my television, but even that thing is not working properly. I have never seen such bad equipment as Philips's !!! I have stepped back to Samsung and will NEVER buy anything from Philips again and really advise everyone NOT to do that !! Because your equipment is not working properly and will break in no time!

Since two years I have been using a Senseo HD 7827...

Since two years I have been using a Senseo HD 7827, with which I have made a maximum of 20 cups of coffee for visitors as I do not drink coffee myself. The device still looks like new and is always neatly kept and descaled every so often. Philips offers a discount voucher of 30 euros for this complaint or I can have the device repaired but then it is not known in advance what this will cost me and it may be that I could have bought a new device for those costs. The Senseo devices are more expensive on the Philips website than through other sites or stores, which means that with the discount of 30 euros I am even more expensive than buying a new device somewhere else without a discount. Philips indicates that nothing can be done anymore because the guarantee period has expired. Warranty period has expired or not, you should still be able to enjoy longer from a coffee maker with such a purchase amount and from this brand. The quality, however, leaves much to be desired and I did not expect that from a Philips product!

I had an issue with the TV board after a thunder strike and I gave to them to repair since January this year, they keep lying to me and say it will be ready this week, it now 8 months. What kind of service is this?!!!!

Completely idiot at goods receipt continues to refuse to accept a pallet of vacuum cleaners because there is a wrong address on the invoice and because he, and I quote: "no sense to find out for who it is".
He not only saddles me as a driver with a problem, but also drives his own company at extra costs.

Poor quality vacuum cleaner, less than 4 baskets broken button of hose,
Phillips + Blocker Houten is also a very bad service. I have bought at Blocker but the warranty is not with Phillips, but from Blocker for a button that was not so good, not fixed, they ask me 6 weeks for repair. Never buy Phillips again and certainly never again at Blocker

I have a problem with my television, when I called I first came through a whole selection menu, after which they automatically passed on another phone number that I had to call before, and disconnected. Another menu later I get a person on the phone who responds unfriendly and bluntly to my question. I still have the same problem that I am pretty sure should be easy to fix.

There we are again! Those people with that Sarista...

There we are again! Those people with that Sarista, you know, those from the bean grinder. It is broken again. The 3rd time in just under 5 years. And another drama to get in touch with you. I am now able to throw the device through the window ?!

An employee said during the last repair, 10 months ago, that the Sarista was taken off the market by you. Why? Because of the bean grinder. Because it breaks, every time, also with us.

When we bought this device we did not expect that our 400 euros would be thrown away so quickly. I always hope to do with a product for more than a year, or 2 or 5 years. You can expect this from a brand like Philips, right?

You say you have repaired it 2x under courtesy. Out of courtesy? An inadequate product that was quickly removed from the market because the product is not good. I think you should offer a good product out of leniency.

As a compensation you now offer a 30% discount voucher or about 150 repair costs !! For a product that has been taken off the market, which does not work, which is a wrong development. Wouldn't it be a waste of money again?

I am sad that this product lasts so short and the service is poor. You made a mistake, had it properly resolved and recalled all Saristas. Also costs money, but now it costs your customers!

Philips customer service. Had an update problem with my remote control of my Oled Philips TV. The employee's first question was whether I had the TV serial number to hand. I had hung up the TV on the wall just a week before, so it was no longer possible to read the serial number myself. In response, I was told that the employee could not help me further as long as he did not have a serial number. I indicated that it was very strange that they could not help me with such a small problem without a serial number. After a long conversation where I really did not go one step further but was asked several times if I could find the serial number anywhere, I decided to give it up and try again myself. After a few attempts to change the batteries and position from remote control to TV I found out that it had to do with the narrow voice-controlled remote control. This could have been resolved by the employee if he had thought along with me instead of just asking if I had the serial number. after the phone call I even received an email from this employee with the following text:
Following our last interview, I would send a step-by-step plan, but unfortunately I need your serial number for this. I would perform a forced software update but to be able to give the correct file I need from you:

- Serial number of your television (you will find this on your box.)

Fortunately I found out for myself and everything works fine again !!!!!!!!

Customer Service is useless. Called to ask if they knew how to get my blender collar off to clean it, NOT even to complain. The collar had come loose on the blender when the jug got stuck. Mind you - all the food flew out. To get the collar out of the blender I had to turn the jug back on. After this, the collar was stuck again. I am casually told that my story could be impossible, and that they had a hard time saying by phone what I could do about it. "Try to tap it and if it doesn't get loose, well, it will stop." Anything but a solution, wow!?!? Then I talk through and give sarcastic reactions such as yes anyway , how old are they here? At the urging, I still get the "chance" to send the blender to them so they can look at it, without any guarantee that they will fix it. Laughable.

GOOD that I found out that Bol.com was my direct seller, who immediately sent me a new blender after hearing about my problem.

Run away from this company and this Philips brand.
EP2221 / 40 coffee machine defective since April 21, 2020 (If I place the water filter supplied with the machine in the water container as indicated in the instructions, the machine goes into safety and it is impossible to brew coffee). The machine has already been repaired once but came back completely dirty and above all not repaired ... A real shame about such a company !!! A disgrace!!!
Letter of complaint sent to Philips headquarters in the Netherlands on June 23, 2020: no response from them! A second letter has been sent to the head office in the Netherlands: again no response from them. On September 16, 2020 I sent the same letter to Philips Paris Suresnes, you can already guess the rest: no response from them!
These products are low-end products that are worth nothing to be polite. The customer service is the same, a real disaster! So I found myself for months and months with a machine that absolutely doesn't match the description on their website where I bought it. Philips therefore does not respect its general terms and conditions of sale and especially does not respect the terms of warranty coverage ...
This site and this company are therefore immediately FLY without any reflection!
