Audi of Colorado Springs is one of the best places to get help buying a car. I had been anxious about finding a car, and I really didn t want to deal with sales people. I went to the Audi dealership and was greeted by Corey Kononchuk. Corey is a person you can easily talk to, and he listens to what you want. I told him what I was looking for and the price range I wanted. He showed me two cars and I fell in love with the Kia optima he offered me. The whole process was very easy, Corey made it easy. The second day I was greeted by David Perez the finance manager, to finalize the sale. David Perez made me feel very comfortable, explained everything very well. He found a company to finance my loan. I don t have great credit and I knew it was not going to be easy finding someone to finance my car. David Perez went that extra mile and got the company I wanted for my loan. He also got me a lower APR rate than I was supposed to have. If you want your experience of buying a car to be fast, easy, and pleasurable you have to go to Audi Colorado Springs they truly are amazing! If I had to rate their customer service I would say they are #1 in Colorado Springs. Go visit them tell them Susana Hernandez sent you, their number one fan!!! #veryhappycustomer#

I needed to have a part installed and Audi Phil Long ordered the part for me. I had to drive from Pueblo to Colorado Springs to have this part installed. I scheduled the appointment and took time from my schedule to take my car in and have it installed. I took the car in on the day and found that they had ordered the wrong part. I then had to go back again the next day and was not compensated at all. I have called the manager twice and never got a response back.

Worst service ever and a complete rip off. I bought my car from value car which is owned by phil long. Within 3 months it started stalling out in the mornings when its cold as well as a check engine light coming on. I brought it into phil long audi to get it looked at. Just asked what was wrong and for anyone who knows VW's(I bought a 2008 GTI) or Audi's its as simple as plugging it into a computer and seeing what code comes up. This is maybe a two minute process. I got a call back saying my purge valve was bad and I may need a new one. In the meantime they said we cleared out the check engine light and if it comes on again then bring it in and we will fix it. So just to be clear they didn't fix the problem and told me just the part is 140 dollars and it can be found much cheaper online. Also labor would be about an hour which is way longer than it takes to replace. Then I was told my oil was filthy and needed to be changed. I clarified my oil was changed literally two weeks ago and the mechanics response was simply "oh." Then I was told my air filter was filthy and that I also replaced myself about two weeks ago. Again the response I got was the same. So to be clear I was told I needed an oil change and air filter replacement which I definitely would of been charged way too much for when I didn't need those things at all. Also they didn't even fix the purge valve they cleared the light and said if it comes back on bring it in. So all they did was try to rip me off and plug in my car and clear a light. I got their and was charged $125 for nothing. My car still stalls and my check engine light came back on within the hour. I said what am I being charged this money for and the mechanics response was simply, "well you didn't know what was wrong with it before you brought it in." This place has me flawed. The only reason they stay open is because people who don't know much about fixing cars just agree with everything they say.

Had a not so great first experience. Got a call from Vince the GM of the dealer. After having a conversation with Vince, he took very good care of my situation. My car needed a little work done and after buying the car from a different PLD dealership, he had the fixes done. Very happy to have done business with this dealer. Will be buying my wife an Audi SUV in the future.

2nd time.

Once again, Phil Long Audi takes care of me. Did an absolutely amazing job at Customer service. Sean is a great service advisor, and as always, Scott the service manager does a great job taking care of his customers. Thank you again for all of your help guys.

Friendly, courteous, informative and professional. We are kept informed on the status of our car , receiving videos of service, text messages and phone calls. Nothing is completed until we "okay" the work. We have worked with Robert for years and trust the information he always provides us. Great job.

I was greeted by Brittany who was very nice and respectful to me. She showed me the vehicles and was able to help me with any questions. I would have love to purchased a vehicle, but due to my own circumstances I was not able to do it at this time, but when I am in a better situation, I will come back and look for the beautiful Brittany.

My experience at Audi Colorado Springs has been pretty awful. I bought my used Q5 tdi in August 2020. They rushed me into buying it, initially low balled me on my trade it and we keep finding issues with the purchase. I took the car into my performance shop the weekend after I bought it so they could take a look to make sure everything checked out. They found a huge mouse nest in the cabin filter. I texted my saleswomen about it and she texted back haha, that s not good. I took the pictures back to the dealership and showed the sales manager and asked him to replace the filter since it should have been done during their initial Audi certified inspected. He came out and handed me the filter instead of having it installed. Two weeks after purchase they contacted me saying that I needed to come back into the dealership to resign the papers since they told me to sign on the incorrect line. Two months after purchase they contacted me saying I needed to come back to the dealership to resign the bill of sale because they told the DMV that the car they sold me was gas. It was a tdi (diesel). Something they should have paid attention to! Since purchase, I have found FIVE MOUSE NESTS in the car. Nests in the air filter, cabin filter, under the spare tire and in both sides of the rear inside the panels. I ve caught one mouse but there is still one living in the car. This has been a huge mess considering there was about A YEARS WORTH OF MOUSE FECES in the car, behind the panels and next to the spare tire. It smells like mouse urine and I m still trying to find the other mouse. If you buy a car from Audi Colorado Springs just make sure you do a very thorough check since apparently, they do not.

I had done my research using TrueCar just to get an idea on the fair market value for a 2018 Audi SQ5. I was surprised to discover there are some Audi dealers in Denver area that have refused to work with me by email even though I had advised them that I am a serious shopper. These car dealers still use the old fashion car selling strategy by asking me to come into the showroom and try to pressure me. They just need to know that the business model has changed since we do live in a digital world today!
When I submitted an online inquire to Phil Long on 12/29/17 evening, Coach Santoni called me the next morning to follow up. I almost purchased a car from him on 12/31/17 but the deal fell through because the car that I had picked was sold right before I gave him a green light. Once Coach found out what I was looking for, he immediately found another car from this Audi dealer in Fort Collins and he told me that he could get this one for me. Unfortunately this fell through again for the same reason! I didn't give up and found another similar SQ5 that has been assigned to this Audi dealer in Fort Collins and I went back to Coach to give him another opportunity to earn my business. He immediately went to work and secured the car for me!
If you are looking for a Audi in town and don't want to be pressured, ask for Coach Santoni at Phil Long Audi in Colorado Springs!

Let me start out by saying that I am not a fan of the Phil Long brand. Between shady sales tactics and overall bad experiences in the past we had resorted to just using an Audi dealer in Denver to avoid Phil Long entirely. A tire replacement forced our hand though as Audi Colorado Springs (Phil Long Audi) was the only place that had the tire we needed for our A7 in stock. So, we had the tire replaced there and our car was due for service as well. Brian Dorcey was amazing and got me in same day even though the service department was shorthanded that day by two service people. The tech did a great job and I loved getting a video of my car to show they weren't bulls@#%ting me on what needed to be done and what could wait until the next service. Overall, my service experience was amazing and I would highly recommend going in to see Brian for your Audi service. As far as sales and the rest of the Phil Long brand, I cannot say I would recommend them, but as far as service and Brian Dorcey go 5/5 or 10/10 or 100% positive for him personally and go in and see him if your Audi needs to be serviced.

Just accomplished my 65K periodic maintenance on my 2013 A8 at Phil Long Audi. As in the past, working with Robert Spah was a total pleasure from initial scheduling the week prior, through drop-off, updates, and pick-up. Robert did his usual excellent job of explaining what needed to be accomplished, advising of any recall items, and completely explaining what was accomplished and the associated costs. My vehicle was ready when promised and was thoroughly cleaned and washed when delivered.

Super pleased with the work that the service crew does at the Audi dealership. I went in for a 95k checkup, I knew everything that was being serviced ahead of time and how long it would take. I was sent a video clip of the service halfway through. I feel confident that I got a fair price on all the work and suggested work. I will be going back.

I was in Colorado Springs visiting my sister for a little bit...one of our "to do's" was to do a very spirited run up Pikes Peak, so on Friday, we were heading to the Peak. Just as we got onto Pikes Peak Highway the 2007 RS4 (224000 miles) blew a heater hose dumping the entire contents of the coolant system in seconds. Immediately pulled the car over. While waiting for AAA, called Phil Long Audi to let them know the vehicle was coming in.

I was greeted by Advisor, Brian Dorsey, a little after the noon hour. He understood the predicament I was in as I needed to drive back home by Wednesday at the latest. By that evening, I received the video diagnosis of the vehicle and gave the go ahead for the work to be done. Seeing it was late on Friday, parts had to be sent next day delivery. By Tuesday the parts were in and the 9 hour install began. Come Wednesday morning, the car was back together and ready for pickup.

I cant express my gratitude for Brian and his team...getting my vehicle on the lift and completing the repair in a matter of days showed me their willingness to go the extra mile in an emergency situation. I have to apologize to those that probably got bumped on the list so they could address my repair.

Thank you for the excellent, professional, and timely work that was done on my vehicle. I have absolutely no hesitation giving a great review as the service was spectacular given my situation.

I've been bringing my 2014 Audi to Phil Long Audi ...

I've been bringing my 2014 Audi to Phil Long Audi for all of my servicing & parts needs since November 2014. I purchased the vehicle at McDonald Audi (now Audi Denver), so I'm unable to comment on their sales department.

However, I've had at least bi-yearly visits to their service department since I need both a summer and winter set of tires & wheels. I've also had my 15,000 and 25,000 mile service and oil changes done here. I cannot speak positively enough about Robert Spah. He was the first service manager I ever met & worked with and greets me by name with a welcoming smile every time I return. He's very organized, always has my paperwork printed & ready and is timely in his communication with me. Recently, I learned I can request a specific service manager and will be requesting Robert from now on. I've also worked with Justin Brandt (who notated my file with a personal preference that has not been overlooked since - that personalization is very much appreciated and added that extra special touch) and Dwayne Hemphill (who ironed out a misunderstanding with my tire storage quickly) and have had good experiences with both of them as well.

I've also had experience with their parts department since I worked with Dane Hyland to get my winter tires & wheels. He had great advice when selecting my winter tires complete with small samples to show how the tire reacts to different temperatures. I was also interested in a different steering wheel and gear shifter. Dane offered to research it and get back to me. Unfortunately, he never reached out to close the sale, but I also never followed up with him so I have some responsibility there as well.

All in all, my experience with the staff at Phil Long Audi has far exceeded the auto industry norms. When I am ready to purchase my next Audi, this will be the place I work with.

Had 3 cars damaged by a massive hail storm, went and looked at a very clean, low mileage 10 yr old Mercedes S550 which we ended up purchasing from Keith Coursey, who is anything but your typical car salesperson! We received top notch service from everyone at the dealership and we never felt pressured to look at, or buy, anything that we weren t interested in. I took my A7 into Phil Long for service last weekend. Robert checked me in quickly and to my surprise had a loaner scheduled for me. It was my wife's birthday, so that was a welcomed surprise to help me finish making her day special. He made suggestions for using the extra services I have on the books with the service department to use in the future to keep my car running without problems. They did not have to honor those other services, so the integrity of Robert and Mr. Krencik is the highest you can have.

Very nice facility with all of the amenities. During and after the sale I met the sales Manager and Finance Manager. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and polite. My salesman was David Perez. He did an excellent job of explaining all of the features of my new Audi Allroad. This was my first German car and I had a lot of questions. During and after the sale he answered my questions promptly and even sent videos on how to adjust settings. I found a few minor discrepancies during the walk through with the car and also after I got the car home. David was very prompt in getting those addressed. I had research the car and David worked very hard in getting me the price that I felt was reasonable. During the buying and finance process I never felt pressured. This is my Seventh new car buying experience. It was by far the most pleasant and hassle free. It was definitely worth the 1 hour drive from Denver to be treated as well as the Colorado Springs Audi team treated me.

Do not purchase Audi care. I took my car in for the oil change and inspection only to come home with nothing changed. Oil was not changed and fluids were not topped off. The computer was reset and I was sent home. When I called about it they said they couldn t do anything about it because they had to close due to COVID until further notice. Several weeks later I made an appointment and scheduled a loaner car. Turned out my loaner car was given to another customer and I had to reschedule so I did. Finally got my car in and they still refuse to change the oil and insist that it was done previously which I know by looking at the oil and the oil consumption that is was not changed and to top it off when I brought the loaner car back I was charged for fuel. I replaced the fuel that I used prior to dropping it off. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I purchased 3 new cars from Colorado Springs Audi within a 3 month period. No loyalty here.

Car was not ready when we came down to pick it up....

Car was not ready when we came down to pick it up. We waited 55 minute for the car to be pulled out for us to take it for a drive. Then when the car did come out, it had multiple scratches on it and even some shipping tape. Who delivers a brand new car like that?
When the exchange was to happen for the repairs to be done, driver was suppose to meet us and was 50 minutes late.
Would strongly NOT recommend this dealership. Very disorganized!

Phil Long Audi is very customer oriented. They have a contract with Uber to drive the client home and pick the client up when the work on the Audi is completed. My service advisor, Brian, kept me informed on the progress of my car. They also send you a video of the work done on the car with an audio from the technician (Alex) who did the work. I recommend Phil Long Audi without hesitation!

I m absolutely floored that I just spent 45 minutes at this dealership looking in the windows of Q5s DIRECTLY outside the windows of the sales floor, and not one person came out to greet me or make sure I was even being taken care of. Not even the salesman that walked by me with paperwork in while looking in windows 10 ft away from him. Very disappointed in what I believed to be a luxury dealership.

I bought my Audi from the Denver Audi location and was very much unimpressed with the service department there... I dreaded my upcoming mileage service. I've had my Audi since 2009, bought it from a broker, and these folks have taken excellent care of my vehicle. Sometimes it takes longer than expected but the work and service are really good. The service guys are very kind and considerate and have provided loaner cars on occasion. And I love that they run the car through the car wash before it's returned to me.

From the moment we arrived at your service department, we felt important and valued. The process was smooth and efficient and the service professional listened to our concerns with our Audi Q7 and was able to address our needs. We picked up our vehicle later in the afternoon and we were quickly out the door. When they were working on our vehicle, they service technicians sent us a video which highlighted brake and tire levels and we were able to see any red flags quickly! This is a great dealership and we will be going back!

I never leave reviews, but I needed to for this one. I went in to Phil Long Audi for a diagnostic and possibly fix an issue that I was having with my 2006 Audi A4. The diagnostic was about $150, and the representative concluded that my ECM was out and needed to be replaced. Now, I am not a car guru at all, but I have google and can easily look up the price of an ECM. Tell me how these people tried charging $2,200 for a part that costs about $250? Along with that repair, they wanted to reseal timing covers with new bolts. The total cost would have been $3300. Even with cost of labor this seemed too much, and, being broke, I told them to hold off on the repairs. I looked around for another Audi mechanic and found Mondino Imports. The mechanic there ran another diagnostic and concluded that the original problem was caused by misfiring cylinders, so my plugs and coils needed to be replaced. All of this was done for $1000. So, Phil Long Audi was going to charge me almost triple the price for something that ultimately would have left me at square one. These people are snakes and will bleed you dry. I am never going back, and I am not going to recommend. 0/5

Justin was my service advisor at Phil Long Audi. He was extremely helpful at answering my questions, very polite and patient. My car needed the Takata airbag inflator replaced due to the recall notice, and normal oil change maintenance. All work was completed that same day I brought it in but I was unable to pick it up that night. They were gracious and allowed my car to stay on their lot overnight. I will be bringing my car to this dealership for future service.

My wife and I had a great experience. All of the sales staff, finance staff and others were very kind. The only issue I could bring up as a "need to fix" - would be the rather long wait for the financing to come through and the final approval to be completed. Much of the wait could possibly be contributed to the fact that it was Saturday and not a normal workday part of the week.

Corey Konochuk is the most knowledgeable and caring individual I have come across in my 40 years of purchasing multiple cars from several dealerships. Jay and Kelly in Service/Parts are the best. Very helpful and knowledgeable about ordering accessories. David in Finance is awesome. He made the paperwork go smoothly. Their detail shop did a fabulous job applying the protective film (a must have.) Scott (Finance) began this process by taking my call after-hours. He spent 20 minutes professionally and patiently answering my questions. Corey called the next day and then sent me a 10-minute video which displayed the car's many features while he did a virtual walk-through. My wife and I were sold on the newly designed A6. The price of the car was 'spot-on' with Kelly Blue Book and NADA. The ride is awesome, and I find a new feature in the car every time I drive it!! I truly love my 2019 A6 Prestige with Sport Package and 21 wheels and HIGHLY recommend this dealership, no matter where you live (I live in Montana and found the car, after shopping for two years, online)!

Brought in a Q5 with a misfire issue, after $320 diagnostic I was told it was a vacuum leak because it had large fuel trims and the tech got the engine to rev by spraying brake cleaner around the manifold. Since then I have replaced the O2 sensor, replaced all of the gaskets in the intake manifold, and taken it to other mechanics. None of whom could get it to rev up by spraying starter fluid or brake cleaner into the same area (after 2 full cans). The issue is exactly how it was before I took it in and I'm out $320, so no upside in my opinion.

My service at Audi in Colorado Springs on September 17, 2019 was excellent. I received an autocam discussion of my car's status followed by a call to discuss their findings. Eveything was taken care on that day and an avaiable discount was applied as promised. I would highly recommend this Audi Service Center.
