I ve been bringing my pup here for 10yrs for grooming, boarding, & vet services. I d been to different places in the past with poor results, but after my first visit I was sold. The folks are friendly & knowledgeable. They truly care about my pup & although he hates a bath, he doesn t mind it as much with their friendly groomers. I recently had a bit of trouble with my pup & they handled everything, calming both my pup & me. They also called to follow up to see how he was doing. They truly care & that s everything. A big thanks to everyone at Petsburgh.
I used to love this place and have been a loyal customer for over 6 years here. My dog has only been seen by this vet but when they no longer offer basic heart guard and next guard for heart worms and fleas they obviously only care about money. The pills they try to push as a replacement are known to be bitter and hard to get dogs to eat. They are losing my business because they can no longer provide basic medication in house.
Great place! My dog is very fearful due to past experiences at another vet office. They are kind and patient and treat my dog so well. I feel they are also more reasonably priced than other vets. Highly recommend!
Some of the best, and most affordable, facilities in the area. I did a ton of research before choosing Petsburgh. I've been boarding my pup with them for about a year now and they are always so friendly. Even when it's been a few months in between boardings, they really seem to know my pup and her needs. They also send photo updates when they have individual play time, and she always seems so happy!
I really liked this place. The environment is clean and open. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. From start to finish I was so happy that I chose this place for my doggo. From reception all the way up to the vet I was met by friendly people who really seem to genuinely love animals.

My first visit with Dr. Shutes was an absolute relief. It was nice to have a vet that was professional and genuinely concerned/interested in helping my pet and I. He answered all of my questions with kindness and patience and I truly would recommend this vet office. I feel like this is a one stop shop for your pet's health. Thank you Dr. and staff.
I feel 100% comfortable leaving my dog's veterinary care in the hands of the people working at Petsburgh. My dog loves all of the technicians there, you can really tell that they're animal lovers, just like I am. They do a great job every time we visit.
