Purchased 27 custom plugs at almost $600 per unit failure rate of almost 20%.

Product was as described and arrived in a timely fashion. Courteous sales staff. Would do business with this company again.

I needed a quality plumbing product and called Peterson who not only helped me out pick the right product for my application, but shipped and delivered the product very quickly. It worked like a charm (better than expected as I'm just a home owner who likes to DIY) and I'm very happy with my whole experience with them. When I need another quality product, I'll be checking Peterson's website! Thanks for your help!

The product I purchased was an inflatable pipe bladder that would fit through a 2" pipe to expand and seal up a 4" main. It worked perfect and sealed my 53 year old main cast iron drain pipe so I could fill the house pipes and check for leaks.

it certainly helped me to clean out the clogged pipes

We purchased the flexible double test plugs and they worked like a dream. We didn't have to fumble around with compressors and air hoses to try and inflate little inflatable test balls. I only wish they had a distributor here in Calgary, Canada as they were expensive to have shipped here.

I was looking for a one off product when I came across Petersen's. They were able to take my rough idea and make a perfect example. When I went back for an enlarged example, it was just as good.

I ordered some test plugs from this company and was shopped the wrong part # from what I ordered. I called them and Kim was very helpful and apologetic with the mix up and promptly sent out the correct plugs. I would highly recommend doing business with Petersen Products

Phil and Bonnie are awesome. I bought a Peterson 8 ton car jack around 1999 and had lost one of the double lock pins. I called the main line for Peterson Products and spoke to Phil regarding if Peterson Products sells a double lock pin. I was informed that their company has not manufactured car jacks for many years. Phil gave me the number to someone who may still make the part, and also offered to see if he could locate one himself. In less than 2 hours, I received an e-mail from Bonnie, also with Peterson Products, who Phil had contacted, informing me that by chance she had the part ( she had been using it as a paper weight) and was mailing it out to me.
Bonnie & Phil, thank you again for going the extra mile !

My Company deals with two different suppliers for two different types of pipe plugs. Over the years we have come to rely upon both. Nether have let us down. Peterson is our go to for bag plugs and working with Phil and staff is always a pleasure.

Great products and service - knowledgeable sales force

Very prompt service had just what I was looking for. I ordered a digital thermometer out of the package it had an error code emailed on the weekend to let them know Monday morning had a phone call and email they would replace it no charge and don't bother to send broken one back. What more could you ask for. Will use them again and recommend to friends.
