My husband went here in regards to services to improve his credit. Westley was very professional and honest. He could easily have charged my husband in areas he didnt need....but didnt take advantage. I would recommend to everyone.

I ve visited peters and Associates about a year a ago, I was on the verge of Bankruptcy. I had left landscape industry because of my job. I couldn t stand my boss any longer, my bills piled up after I quit and I owed close to $45,000 in CC debt. The attorney I spoke to that day, I m sorry I forgot his name, started with an X, very nice young man. He asked me what I used to do for a living and how much money I made doing it. I told him I used to make $150,000 a year in the landscape industry. He told me to avoid bankruptcy, just go back to work and get out of debt. That same day while in the parking of the law firm I made a phone call to a new potential landscape company to work for, and I m happy to say that after a little more than a year now, I ve been working steady for my new company. I have a great boss, I make well over $200,000 a year now, and I actually have zero debt on all my credit cards, my credit FICO has increased and I have more available credit now than ever before. All because he didn t suggest me go bankrupt, instead he encouraged me to go back to work in a business that best suited my talents, and to a business that I made more money. This to me was a young man with integrity. He looked out for MY best interest NOT his.

I RAN INTO HARD TIMES AFTER A WORK INJURY AND COULD NO LONGER PAY MY CAR NOTE AS WELL AS A FEW OTHER MAJOR EXPENSES. I OWED OVER 19,000.00 ON MY CAR, WAS MORE THAN 4 MONTHS BEHIND, PUT A LOT OF CASH DOWN AND WAS BEING STOCKED MY THE INFAMOUS REPO MAN! NOT THE BEST OF TIMES I'M EMBARRASSED TO SAY! Had no problem taking my money for chapter 13. I had 2 do most of the work including 6 diffrent times having to print out the same bank statements and pay stubs because they misplaced them means there's piles of my paperwork floating around there office. Also good luck trying to get any answers not very good at picking up the phone and even worse at returning calls its my fault i made the choice to hire them it just wasnt a very good choice

2019: as someone that has filed chapter 13 i am required to give a copy of my taxes every year to the trustee. I am supposed to give it to my lawyer who fills out any required paperwork and then sends it to the trustee. And for the last 3 years i have received a letter from the trustee threatening to cancel my bk 13 because they havent received a copy. All 3 years i sent it to these guys first year they claimed paperwork got lost last year they claimed the paralegal quit and didnt do it and here we are 2019 just checked my mail and a letter from trustee saying same thing a month after i sent it to these incompetent lawyers panda law more like a autistic panda

After many sleepless nights and worry we finally decided to see an attorney. Judah you are the best. We were told not to worry and that they could help. We were given very acceptable and practical advice. Everything was explained so that we had no surprises. The only surprise we got is that we are now out of debt.

Prior to using Peters and Associates, Chase Bank was difficult to deal with and they wanted to foreclose on our home. The foreclosing procedure was stopped, the people of Peters and Associates were easy to do business with and they brought a passion to our situation in dealing with Chase that we were not abe to do. Peter and Associates negotiated a rate reduction with Flagstar Bank on an investment property after my loan came due and after multiple failed attempts to refinance the loan with the bank. Peter and Associates was not only able to reduce my interest expense but also fix the loan for 30 years. The attorneys at Peter and Associates have the most experience working with banks. I would highly recommend their services.

We went to see Atty. X Peters when we went to Vegas and we were surprised that it was a short notice and he was available to meet with us. We have received the letter from B of A about the Department of Justice program saying that we qualify for a principal reduction. We have been battling with Bank of America regarding the modification of our home for 4 years, since our once thriving business (pool service) took a nose dive into the deep end with no water.

Peters & Associates just ended that battle for us and WON. I mean they WON big time.

We had Country Wide and then it went to Bank of America. We tried to modify, short sale, give it back...we didn't know what else to do. While in the short sale process Bank of America turned down 3 CASH offers for our home. They were threatening forclosure monthly. We had multiple sale dates for auction.

Last year we went to Peters & Associates, on the recommendation of our neighbor who just received their modification and principle reduction because of PandA, and met with Judah. Judah listened to all of our concerns and helped us figure out our options. He and his team worked vigorously to get all of our documentation together. Every month Vorice would call and give us our list of documents that B of A was asking for. It seemed like such a hassle. We were so nervous not knowing if we were going to have to move or not. But Peters & Associates kept us assured that it will pay off in the end.

We received a FedEx package yesterday and we thought that it would be like every other FedEx we get from B of A (they want more paystubs, P&L, bank statements, blood, first born!!!) But it wasn't. It was an approval package and 3 envelopes. The letter stated that we have been APPROVED for a loan modification and principle reduction. They dropped our once $3,000.00 + house payment to $1400.00. And, here is the part that made my heart skip a beat, they dropped our principal down by the amount of $300,000.00! No need to blink your eyes, you read that right...$300,000.00.

I used Peters & Associates for 2 loan modifications and they did a fantastic job! Tanya and Judah helped me reduce my mortgage payments and were able to lower the principal balance and end up saving me a lot of money, AMAZING! They were also able to reduce the mortgage payments for my parents house in Florida and saved their home from foreclosure.

Very good communication and fun to deal with. You never feel alone and they really come thru!

I don't often write a review -- only when the service is extraordinary or deplorable -- and in this case, it was the latter. First of all, going to see a bankruptcy attorney is like going to a doctor. It is extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing to tell a stranger about your finances and circumstances or your ailments and no one wants to go, but sometimes you have to. Your best hope is that the doctor has a great bedside manner and is personable, caring and compassionate and has a genuine love of people and career. The same goes for a lawyer because if they do, they can put you at ease and heal you. If they don't (and most don't), they listen to a few seconds of your story, interrupt you, rush you through so they can get to the other 10 people with the same appointment time as you who are waiting for them in the next room and then bill you $600 for a comprehensive examination or consultation. What makes it so uncomfortable is that you are trying to make your situation better and they are trying to make as much money as possible in the smallest amount of time and with as little effort as possible. You end up feeling dismissed, unheard, and YES -- cookie-cutted --but billed as if you had taken hours of their time and been treated like a VIP.
The commercials for Peters and Associates imply that they genuinely care about their clients and they are unlike other firms because they are willing to educate their clients as to alternative debt solutions other than bankruptcy. Because of this, I chose them for my consultation as I had many questions and was undecided about the best solution to my unique circumstances. I fully expected the attorney to be compassionate, caring and informative as to what options I had to work with. Unfortunately, I got the complete opposite. I met with Xenoff himself dressed in his fancy suit inside his hard-to-find shopping center office with car lot flyers outside and pandas everywhere inside. He led me into the conference room, asked me about 3 questions, let me tell about 3 seconds of my story before interrupting me and announcing his fee of $2000, put his pen and pad away and kept looking towards the door. When I told him I felt that he had quit listening, he said he had somewhere to be and told me I should probably go to legal aid or something. He was condescending, arrogant, rude and dismissive. It was obvious he was "all about the money" and NOTHING ELSE. It took me 35 minutes to get there from my office and I was a few minutes late for my 5:30 appointment. It also took me 35 minutes to get home and I was home by 6:20...so what does that tell you? It was the WORST experience involving a lawyer I have ever had and I work with them every day and have for 20 years. As I left, I felt that he was the perfect picture of why they call lawyers "bottom feeders.
Afterwards, I thought that instead of a Panda as their mascot, they should have chosen a SHARK because it would have represented the experience more realistically. My recommendation - GO TO ANYONE, ANYWHERE, but AVOID THIS MAN AND HIS FIRM.

Anthony Locorrire and the other staff members at PandA have helped not only me but also my family through this tough situation that we were placed in. They have been there and helped guild us through every step and process that we have undergone. They have made sure that we were apprised of every step that they were taking/ going to take and kept us constantly in the loop, making sure there were no "unexpected surprise" throughout this process. Filed for bankruptcy thru them. This can be a very stressful thing. Had my consult with Mr. Judah Zakalik. He went thru the process with me start to finish, pretty cut and dry. Wasn't this big extensive process I thought it was going to be. Receptionist is very friendly, very professional and courteous. My case manager was very helpful, always available for me & my questions. While I never saw Judah after that, my attorney, Jennifer, and the attorney that showed up to court were just as pleasant, helpful and wonderful to work with. I would use their services again.

I am very unhappy with Panda Law. They advertise free consultation and today when I called to schedule that FREE CONSULTATION I was told the free consultation was only for bankruptcy cases and it would cost $100 for the type of constitution I need. This is false advertising and obviously I'm very disappointed, also the girls who answered the phone were very rude to me when I mentioned their ad did not specifically say that the free consultation were only for bankruptcy. PandA changed my life. In 2011 I called PandA. I was at the end of my rope. I owed so much in credit card debt and other bills that I couldn t see how I could ever get my head above water. One credit card alone had grown more than 10 times the amount I was approved for just in fees and penalties alone. When I say I was at the end of my rope I am not being dramatic. I really thought about ending it all. I couldn t answer the doorbell. I couldn t answer my phone. I couldn t breathe. I remember crying and pleading with a creditor to allow me to pay 3 times the amount of my actual charges (what I had actually spent on the card) instead of the nearly 10 times the amount they wanted due to fees and penalties. When they refused I didn t know what to do. My cousin offered to loan me 3 times as much as I spent to pay off the bill but she had no more to offer. She mentioned bankruptcy and through Google I found PandA.

I don t know why the thought of bankruptcy terrified me. But, I have to say it was THE best thing I could have ever done. PandA really took care of me in red-carpet fashion. They made sure I had all my papers in order when we went to court. I remember others standing before the Judge with their attorneys from other firms and the Judge ordering them to return on another date with additional information. When it came to my turn, the Attorney PandA assigned to me was really on the ball. Every time the Judge asked for additional information she had it there and ready. During my time in court, my attorney and I were the only ones who did not have to come back with additional paperwork.

Since then (it s now 2016), I have lived COMPLETELY debt free. I still have my mortgage because I kept my home. But, I have NO OTHER BILLS. I DON T USE CREDIT FOR ANYTHING. I don t even own a credit card. I have several debit cards with Visa and Master Card logos. But, if the money is not there already I can t buy the items. The credit card companies send me pre-approved cards in the mail almost daily. They go right in the trash. No thanks!

Oh and one other thing, PandA also started me on a totally new career. Because I have certain skills, in appreciation I had made PandA one of my items. I was pretty proud of it. I was planning to give them the item free of charge just to say, Thank you . I called the office just to get some final information and the person I spoke with would not give me the information I needed to finish the item because, he said, the attorneys would not want what I made for them. I was already feeling pretty down about myself, at the time, so I just went away feeling my work wasn t even good enough to give away for free.

THEN I told my story to someone online who asked me to offer the item as a template for others to use. After selling 2,500 of them I thought differently about work and myself. Since then I have built a business making more and more of those items. Had it not been for PandA I never would have done that. Had it not been for PandA I probably wouldn t be alive. I am posting this review online wherever I can because my friends, family and neighbors are sick of hearing it.

I figure if I post it in several places more people will see it and it may help someone to make the decision to call them. For me, it was the best call I have ever made. For years I have even been telling this story to everyone I know and even to strangers in line at Walmart. I ve said it to everyone except to PandA. If I could, I would like to say to them, Thank you for my new career. Thank you for changing my life. And, thank you for saving my life.

I have been using Peters & Associates going on four years.Soon after my father past my mother had financial difficulties,creditors did care about my mothers loss or her health which she just had a severe stroke.I called Mr. Zakalic and he assured me that he could help my mom save her house from forclosure and get the creditors off her back.Not only did he get the creditors off her back he got her loan modified by $600.Since then I have referred numorous family and friends to there firm and none have left dissatisfied.Thanks for your help and guidance in these hard times I know I can count on Peters & Associates......6/28/12

My husband & I were not very happy with Mr Peters office. He was in a rush & not very informative. He'd talk in legal terms like we're suppose to tunderstand the legalities. He was also charging $300 more than anyone else. If I didn't ask the questions, he had not much to say. It's impossible for him to have gotten this many great reviews.

DONT WAISTE YOUE TIME! I called and the guy was HORRIBKE.. was talking over me and wasn't willing to listen to anything ! Again DONT DO IT! Horrible

Scott Chatley at Peters and Associates has been very helpful as I have navigated trying to purchase a short sale property. He was very forthright in letting me know the boundaries that they could not cross as I am a buyer and they have to represent the seller. I had fought with Indy Mac (One West Bank) for over 5 years, trying to get some sort of mortgage reduction, HAMP Plan, or principle reduction, as they kept mailing me these advertising offers saying that these plans were available to me, and I was always "Pre-Approved". Well - ha ha ha ! Nope........

All they did was waste my time, month after month, year after year. The bank played every game in the book to keep putting me off. I especially liked their famous line where they say that "you ARE eligible, but must be 3 months late on your payments before they can proceed with the Loan Mod."

So I would stop paying and then call them 3 months later and the same lady would say "oh, you're NOT eligible because you are 3 months late" !!!! Yes, these things really do happen. They played every trick in the book - lost my documents, seemingly never had any paper in their fax machine, sometimes they said they "never heard of me", nor my loan #. Then, they were taken over by the Feds, who immediately lost all my paperwork. Then One West Bank finally bought them and I had to start all over again. I must have literally 9 FEET of document boxes from all of my forms and communications from dealing with these people over the last few years

So I finally almost got totally fed up, and was just going to bail on my house - but I really wanted to keep my home, as I have lived in Vegas for over a decade, and had done a lot of personalized improvements to my home by myself over the last decade. I did not want to move and start over, if I could possibly afford to stay where I was.

I had previously been screwed by another firm who "promised" they would get my loan modified, but all they did was take my money, they did nothing for me, and then skipped town. Nice....

So luckily, last July (2012) someone gave me a referral for Peters & Associates, saying that they specialized in Indy Mac Loan Mods and they knew people who they had helped - that they were the "real deal". So of course, I was suspicious, having gone through all of the above for 5 years, but called up and made the appointment with Xenophon anyway. At that point, I figured I really had nothing to lose, and this was going to be my last attempt to try save my home.

Xenophon was very professional, and clearly explained all my options and the various ways they could help me. I felt very comfortable with him and his entire staff was totally professional throughout the whole procedure. THEY EVEN ACTUALLY CALL YOU BACK !!!! Which, if you have ever dealt with other Vegas attorneys, is a real rarity ;o)

Xenophon, Tony, Tanya, Michelle and all their other staffers were always very knowledgeable and they kept on my case for almost 8 months. They got me a Trial Loan Mod, which I went through, and the bottom line is that they also got me a $249,000 principal reduction (yes, you read it right), lowered my monthly payment by almost $1500, and I did not have to actually reapply for a new loan (my existing one was just modified by just a short document listing the new terms). AMAZING !

I would totally recommend using Peters & Associates for any Loan Mods or Principle Reductions that you need. You will NOT be disappointed. They are very straightforward, knowledgeable and honest - attributes that you do not find in many other law firms here in Vegas. My advice is - go for it - and give them a call. I am living proof that this sort of thing IS ACTUALLY POSSIBLE, when you have the right law firm representing you.

As Conrad Hilton famously said - "Success seems to be connected with action. Successful people keep moving. They may make mistakes but they don t quit."

If there's anyone you want negotiating a loan modification on your behalf, it's Tony Locorriere @PandA Law Firm. I lost my job and fell way behind on my mortgage. The bank was both unsympathetic and unreasonable in their responses to my efforts at obtaining a loan mod. so I hired a well-known law firm but it wasn't long before I realized I was wasting time and money w/them. Got zero results and had about given up hope of saving our home from foreclosure. That's when I heard about PandA. By then I was ridiculously behind. Tony very quickly made sense of a complicated situation and got us our loan mod. cutting the previous payment to less than half. This, of course, took time but everything unfolded just the way Tony said it would. I found the entire staff there to be totally professional, friendly and stress free as well. Thanks again Tony...

I m a veteran, disabled, seeking help in saving my home from foreclosure and IRS tax liens. I regretfully selected this firm. Today Mr. Peters arrogantly belittled hourly employees, specifically IRS employees, making $ 12.00 hr as incompetent and undeserving of his staffs respect. I find this man and his advice to be despicable and unworthy of my respect. My case was handed over to his tax attorney in his office. She was also extremely condescending at her best, and belligerent and rude at her worst. The arrogance was overwhelming and began immediately following my Ch 13 fees being paid in full. If humiliation is what you want in solving your financial difficulty, X Peters and the condescending arrogant J are your team. My case will ultimately need to be dismissed, I will immediately face foreclosure, and resume offer in compromise negotiations with those same $12hr IRS employees that Mr X Peters so blatantly disparages. I will do this now without representation.

My case is complex, well beyond the boiler shop capability of Mr Peters sophomoric legal team. Today, Mr. Peters also looked me in the eyes and blatantly lied about offering me a full refund after realizing the complexity. What he offered/advised was to convert from a CH 13 to a Ch 7 and agreed to waive those additional CH 7 fees. CH 7 would require liquidating and selling my home, the precise reason I retained Mr X Peters with the promise, and the hope of saving my home.

Mr Peters statement today was that he had gone above and beyond what his firm had been hired to do. I d normally find this statement amusing, if the cost and the ramifications to my family weren t quite so devastating.

The reception and paralegal, the only views of employee courtesy and compassion, thanks Gus and Michelle. My advise to the reader; Walk away, walk away now. Trust me he s not worth your time and your $12 hr hard earned money.

False advertising. Talk a good game but they are clearly lacking skill and professionalism. Grant is a joke. He shouldn't be allowed to interact with the public. Unimpressed. Cool commercials tho

I spoke with them regarding a short sale after speaking to a few other attorneys. I felt a little pressured to come in and sign a retainer. More so than that, the services being offered I found elsewhere for free. I didn't need an attorney for a short sale.

Went in for a free consultation and got awesome help/advice from Mr. Peters. Thank you for helping out this nervous wreck.
