Top company with top drivers

I read several reviews about the behavior of a driver. How short-sighted it is to immediately judge an entire company as bad if, of the many drivers, 1 or 2 behave badly in traffic in your eyes. You will not hear anything about the drivers who are doing well. I have been training myself for many years and until recently I have been an inspector of a control service. From that background I know the company well. Do you never make a mistake in traffic yourself?
In my training sessions I always point out to the driver that NOT their name but that of the company is on the outside. That name is then remembered and immediately labeled as bad. If 1 student behaves badly in the classroom, is it immediately a bad class?
In short, think next time first and do not judge, very shortsightedly, an entire company.
