We've been living in one of Patrick Willis' new Enclave villas at 145th and Nall, and couldn't be happier with the home. We purchased it when the upstairs was completed, and were able to work with Patrick and his team on the build out of the lower level to our specific wishes. Unlike the nightmares people often report on builders, this process was amazing...and actually fun! Their team did the highest quality work, they were professional, responsive and as neat as possible.They accommodated not only our quirky taste and specific selections for lower level finishes, but also made minor modifications to the upstairs so that we got exactly what we wanted. I have nothing but high praise!

Willis Custom Homes and Patrick Willis build an incredibly beautiful and well built home. We left our previous home of 23 years and thought we would never love another home as much as that one but our new home has exceeded all of our expectations ans is truly our dream home. Willis Custom Homes is an outstanding home builder! We had interacted with several area builders during our selection process and found that Willis was the most attentive of all to our needs and requirements. During the design process, Patrick Willis was personally involved and provided extremely valuable input to our architect. Also, during the construction, we were living several hundred miles away and were only able to visit our building project two or three times per month for a few days. Despite this, the project proceeded smoothly with minimal concerns. Also, the Willis subcontractors and vendors were excellent and highly skilled at integrating design, style and function in each of their respective areas. Constructing a house is a long and complex project and some problems during the construction are inevitable. That said, we had very few problems and those we encountered were addressed by the Willis team promptly and effectively. Furthermore, Willis delivered our home, as designed, within budget and any increases were solely due to our desire to change the plans. We are extremely pleased with our new home. It is a beautiful, highly functional home with many, many amenities that only a very skilled builder could deliver. Again, we are extremely pleased that we selected Willis Custom Homes to build it. If we were to build again, Willis would definitely be our builder of choice!

Our experience building with Willis construction was very good. Their attention to detail and regular contact with us throughout the process of decision making through final construction was exemplary. Patrick and Bob Willis were committed to providing a finished product that we as the homeowners could be proud to call our own.
