Highly recommend this place! I picked up my repaired computer earlier today. I detail the experience below and why I found this repair shop better than another local shop I tried.

1) SUMMARY: Peter fixed my computer quickly, recovered all my data, and did so at a reasonable rate. A different shop told me that it was impossible to recover my data unless I was willing to spend thousands of dollars. Peter not only fixed my computer but also recovered my data for an incredibly reasonable rate.

2) BACKGROUND: Windows became corrupted and I was unable to boot my computer. Lenovo was no help so I searched for computer repair shops with good reviews. I noticed that a lot of repair shops with seemingly high reviews had fake reviews (indicated by most reviewers only having 1 review to their name).

I found a repair shop (NOT Peter's PC Repair) and brought my computer there. This other repair shop demanded a higher price than originally quoted and told me it was impossible to recover the data without spending thousands of dollars.

3) EXPERIENCE AT PETER'S: Fortunately I brought my PC to Peter to get a second opinion. Peter not only fixed the software issue but was able to recover all of my data at a very reasonable cost. Peter provided quick service, stuck to his timeline, and called me with an update along the way.

Thanks to Peter and his team I was able to recover all of my data and save myself a huge headache and lots of money. He was incredibly kind and honest and his rates were fair. I'll definitely use their shop for future services.

The guy was really nice n professional. The price was reasonable. I would definitely go back if needed.

Excellent techs with a real understanding of what they are doing. Also they were a fraction of the cost quoted to me by best buy $90 vs almost $350. All I needed done was two hard drives installed and a new power supply. Literally could not be happier with my repair.

Peter installed an IPS panel in my laptop and it looks great. He kept me updated and charged a fair price. I'd consider using him in future for other upgrades.

My MacBook was having a screen issue and the authorized apple repair told me it would take 2-3 weeks to fix and they wouldn't get some files I needed ASAP off the hard drive. I went to Peter who got the files from the hard drive on the spot, fixed the screen issue in 3 days,and was cheaper than Apple repair. Peter is the best!!

This place is always the best. I'm a computer repair guy myself and this place is the best hidden gem in la for computer repair. If you have any computer needs don't even bother calling any place else. Thanks again guys.

I had an excellent experience at Peter's PC Repair. My PC started crashing when playing any game completely out of the blue. I tried doing my own research but was unable to solve the issue on my own. I called Peter, booked an appointment, and had the machine dropped off and his plan explained to me the same day.

Not only did Peter and his staff fix the issue, but they kept me up to date on the diagnosis process. My computer was fixed and back home much faster than I thought it would be. The price and service was fantastic. I will recommend anyone I know with computer troubles in the future to come to Peter's shop.
